The serving size is not 5-6 ounces. It is 1/2 cup or .35 ounces by weight. Keep in mind that these are dehydrated, so there is almost no weight to them.

The package says a product of China. That's the point, who needs poisonous food from a country that cannot be trusted for the sake of profit.
