Once I got past all the installs, I've had pretty much smooth sailing. Downloaded 4 fairly large games and had a great time trying out fallout london.As with all pc handhelds, please maintain realistic expectations; this will run most things I've thrown at it, but you will have to drop resolution somewhat for decent frames.Ergonomics are great, battery has been about as expected and the speakers sound phenomenal, genuinely. Touchscreen has caused no issues and thumb sticks are comfy. Screen is plenty bright and sharp as well.Would recommend! Especially when it's in stock.

The MSI Claw 8 ai is an amazing device. It has a gorgeous screen, long battery life, near-silent fans, and excellent build quality which gives the device a premium, rock-solid feel. What really sets it apart is its performance—AAA titles run at much higher settings and frame rates than on my ROG Ally Z1 Extreme. If you’re considering buying one do it!

I'm gonna start with I have the MSI ge66 raider. I bought it 3 years ago and I love it. I never have a problem with it and it plays everything perfectly. With that being said I was very hopeful about getting the claw. Don't do it. Took a couple hours to set up, update, and get fallout 76 with some mods installed. I played it for an hour and everything worked perfect. Smooth great graphics everything was good. Went to take a nap and let it charge for an hour. When I woke up I went to turn it on and nothing. Just a couple of slight vibrations and nothing. Went online and looked up anything and everything I can do to make it work. I tried everything except opening it and nothing worked. I called MSI customer support next. I've dealt with some bad customer support in the day but MSI was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Literally no help whatsoever and just said to return it to Amazon. Don't waste your time, money, or aggravation. I'm just gonna order the steamdeck and call it a day.

If you can grab it at msrp or below, it's worth it. Love intel's low latency decoding, makes game streaming amazing on this device.

Only gave it 4 starts cause the battery isn’t 54 hours more like 5 or 6 lmao but it’s ok it does everything from sims 2 to paladins and that’s all I need my favorite games I’ll keep you updatedA little update it’s been about four or five days and the console has not failed me, but maybe that’s because I put graphics and stuff to medium or low cause I don’t wanna put too much power on the console. I wanted to actually last me before I buy a new one lol but everything works perfect I’m glad I made this purchase. I’ve been playing Marvel rivals on this thing and it’s been beautifulThis thing is literally my new console idc to get an Xbox or ps5 this thing will run every game that comes out with them. I’ve been such a huge fan of marvel rivals and not a lot of first gen Xbox users can play it. Why I love being a pc gamer, I’ve noticed this thing doesn’t get too hot even after playing a couple of hours it kept its cool. I’m not taking this thing on the go really too expensive 😂Update: so far my msi claw has been going good i unfortunately became a huge fan of marvel rivals and it was a bit much for the claw the game had a lot of glitches and crashes. Intel arc released a new update and so did marvel rivals and now it’s working perfect like if I never had any issues praying I don’t jinx myself but if this update fixed my marvel rivals issues then this pc is a beast

Ordered while it said temoprarily out of stock on march 5th and got delivery on march 7th so 2 day shipping. I Switched from an ally x and i couldnt be happier every game looks a lot better although some games run better on amd hardware. Cyberpunk 2077 runs perfect on the claw and makes the ally look weak. Its the best and most premium looking and feeling handheld on the market buy with confidence.

Surprisingly one of the best things I bought in 2025 I'm blown away at the quality the build everything that this device offers and with the new release of the new Intel driver updates I've been able to play monster Hunter wilds at almost 50 plus FPS it's mind blowing with this handheld can do I recommend it to everybody if you can find one!

Terrible experience with the product and even worse with the seller, the product stopped working after two weeks and when I wanted to return it they said they charge up to 50% for a restocking fee, which means that in reality you don't get your money back for a product that doesn't work.
