Mixture of oil and ghee.
It didn't freeze even at 10°c temperature. This is a mixture of oil and ghee and not pure ghee. Oil is floating on the upper layer and ghee is on the bottom layer as seen in the picture. Some big size grains like dalda are also seen. Not a good value for money.
