I ordered 2 bottles I've finished the 1st bottle with absolutely no positive effect. A total waste of money .i don't think it deserves a single star .

I had fantastic results with this product. In the past I found success with Arches Tinnitus Formula and with a product no longer on the market called Tinnitun. This Titan Labs formulation of Zen Cortex was the best by far and the least expensive. Unfortunately, it seems that Titan Labs' product is no longer available. This forced me to try a different formuation of Zen Cortex from another manufacturer. It is not working as well, but I am getting some relief. Apparently there are very different formulations being called Zen Cortex for sale here on Amazon. The ingredients lists on the bottles do not match.

So disappointed. I was sceptical about trying this product because the doctors say there is no cure or help for tinnitus. But after seeing your ad and reading customers' comments, I decided to try the product. I have been using it and following the instructions for a month and have not had any changes in the constant noises in my ears. I am so disappointed.

I've seen this before in other products from infomercials, the label looks the same, but the ingredients are not the same. My first image is the original product label and ingredients from ZenCortex, image 2 is the ingredients from the one being sold here from Titan Labs.
