Great Mouse, Even Better Customer Service
I’ve used this mouse every day for work, and it’s been great. It’s comfortable, reliable, and has held up surprisingly well to everyday use — including a few accidental drops over time. After one particularly hard drop, something did come loose inside the mouse, which I honestly wasn’t too surprised by considering the impact. I reached out to Lekvey customer service, and they were incredible. They were extremely responsive, kind, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Great product and even better customer service. It’s reassuring to know that if you ever do have an issue, Lekvey genuinely stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. You’re in good hands with them. Definitely 5 stars from me!

game changer for comfort. Mouse and Arm are in natural alignment, instant relief
This is my first ergonomic mouse. Wish I had tried one way before now. I dont know what my hold up was, maybe because they looked weird and uncomfortable, haha. Well I know what prompted me to try one: my wrist has been bothering me, and it seemed to be made worse with mouse use. I guess all my gaming years have added up. I didnt know which to try. So many! I didnt know what would fit. There are some really small looking ones and some that look bulky, some that are nearly same in appearance as a standard mouse, and some that have a deeper cut out where hand rests. Very confusing. So I just spent some time reading through various reviews of a wide assortment of ergonomical mice. While I think some of it is trial and error for getting the right fit, I think I happened upon a really good fit and feel with my first try. I really have nothing to compare it to, but so far I am really quite pleased. --I dont have small hands, but they aren't exactly big either. Size can be in length and width. I have quite small fingers, but wide palms (3.75"). So typically a size "large" in gloves, but the ends of the fingers always dangle quite a bit. Hope that gives impression going forward with my review: --My hand easily grasps the width of this mouse. Feels very comfortable. My pointer finger just reaches the scroll wheel. I dont need to reach for it; my finger pad sits directly on top of apex of the wheel. --Press of left or right side is easy and comfortable. Plenty of length to accommodate even the smallest of fingers. Yet plenty of spare room for fingers longer than mine. -- Not a loud click, but I can feel the click. I personally find that satisfying. Gentle yet makes me feel my action. --Scrolling is smooth. --No stuttering or jerkiness --Instant connect when I first got this, and no problems since --Impressed with how natural it feels. Didnt realize how much the wrist and forearm twist to use a standard mouse. With this, the mouse and arm are in a natural alignment --Charging is quick and easy. Comes with cord for charging. I charge it directly through use of my laptop. It can be used as a corded mouse with ease. Can store dongle in the mouse if need be. Has on/off switch. When in the ON position, it will go to sleep when computer shuts down (or after x amount of time when not used), and wake up along with computer. Typical for rechargeable mouse. If this is anything like any other rechargeable mouse I have had, it should hold a charge for a very long time. --Haven't used this for gaming yet as I have it for use on my laptop, but may try it out on my gaming PC. If I like it, I will just buy another. I think it will work out. This is just so comfortable and easy to use. Take a little getting used to, yet at same time feels really natural. Good grip, good responsiveness, all around good experience in the short time I have had it. Your experience may vary in terms of fit, but I think the quality is evident. I will update if I have anything else worth sharing :) EDIT/UPDATE: Seriously love this mouse, and this company is great. They are VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful when I inquired about an issue I had. WOW really good customer service. Rare these days, thank you. Truly, 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

Good mouse, great value, excellent customer service
Second update: I've been using this for almost 5 months and I really like it. So far there are no issues. Power management is excellent. I use it between 7 and 13 hours every workday and I usually only have to charge it every two weeks or so. The resolution is perfect for my work, but if you plan to perform photo editing or something else that requires precise movements, I'd still recommend a track ball. Like I said before, the only thing I would improve is the weight. If the manufacturer would add maybe 50g of metal to the bottom, it would give it a more solid feel. Overall, very pleased with this mouse. Update: I was contacted my customer service, who again was very friendly and desired to help. She suggested I reset the device by putting the USB dongle into a new port and then holding down the right mouse button and the middle one (the wheel) for a few seconds. It worked! I have been using it for a week now and I really like it. The operation is smooth, the feel is good, and I haven't noticed as much wrist pain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because as I mentioned earlier, the bottom of it is uneven so it wobbles a bit which occasionally causes me to click on the wrong thing. Not a big deal for me because I'm working with data, but if I were doing graphic design this would be frustrating. As before, customer service was excellent. Previous post: Tried two, neither worked. The first one worked for less than a minute before the left mouse button stopped working. The battery was charged, the range was less than a foot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, there were no conflicting devices, and all the other buttons worked. I returned the device and the customer service was excellent. They listened to my explanation and seemed very interested in making sure I was satisfied. They offered to send me a new one free of charge. I took them up on the offer but the new one won't stay on for more than 1.5 seconds. I tried charging it multiple times, once overnight. The charge indicator turns green but after I turn the device on, the optical sensor flashes red a couple times and then never comes back on. Turning it off and on again produces the same result. Without being able to use the device itself, all I can add is that the feel is good, the ergonomics are sound, but the device is too light for my preference. It feels cheap and the second device I tried wasn't flat on the bottom so the thing wobbled. The only reason I have this 2 stars instead of 1 is the excellent customer service.

Great for Carpal Tunnel; Great Customer Service
Bought this mouse hoping it’d help with carpal tunnel. Maybe it does—hard to tell when it keeps cutting out. Half the time, it feels like I’m trying to summon it from the dead just to get the cursor moving. The scroll wheel’s got a mind of its own—sometimes it works, sometimes it’s just there for decoration. A mouse shouldn’t make you work harder, man. UPDATE: I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because of customer service. Lekvey has been very proactive in trying to rectify this situation. They said they would send me a new mouse that has an updated chip. If I receive it and it works, I will update this review again. This is as of 2/25/26 UPDATE: I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because I like the mouse, the new one works flawlessly, and the customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD! It is a real joy to see how a small company will work to right wrongs. This company did that and more. They were very communicative and very helpful. The new mouse works great!

5 star customer service
I originally wrote a product review shortly after purchasing the Lekvey Ergonomic Mouse because I was happy with it. Subsequently, I had an experience that has warranted another review. I experienced a glitch with the mouse that I thought was a product defect. I contacted customer service via email. Within hours I received a response that was very supportive and concerned with the issue. Rather than go through a long and technical explanation, the short story is that there was no problem with the mouse, simply a problem with how I was using it. After a few very quick responses and suggestions, customer service walked me through the solution and stayed with me until everything was resolved satisfactorily. Through the years I have experienced good, bad and mediocre customer service on other products. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Buy this product with confidence. If there ever is a problem, be prepared to be given 5 star service to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

Such a gamechanger that I've bought four to have one at each workstation.
It seems sort of weird to get excited about a mouse, but this type of vertical mouse has made a drastic difference whenever I am using a keyboard and mouse, which is unfortunately all of the time. So, a quick list of pros: * Very comfortable! It takes some getting used to because you're moving the mouse with different muscles - a good habit is to move it more with your ring and pinky finger and thumb. * Works with everything - Windows, MacOS, and Linux are all compatible. * It's easy to set up and very responsive. Unlike other mice, this has a surprisingly good refresh rate. * Crazy durable - I've accidentally dropped one down a flight of metal stairs, and it still mostly worked. I wouldn't suggest repeating that, but if you really want to then I that's your call. "Eh"s - Not bad, but it is what it is: * You will absolutely, 100% knock it over a million times while you're getting used to how high it is compared to a regular mouse. * The secondary buttons are hit or miss, mostly because it feels strange to reach for them. This isn't exclusive to this model, more expensive mice are very much the same way. Cons: * It has a dedicated USB dongle that is pretty easy to forget or lose. Overall, this is just a great mouse. I use a Logitech version that is more expensive for weight, but whenever I'm traveling or working somewhere other than usual, this is great to use all day.

Meh mouse
Mouse was a little bit smaller than expected and the sensor didn’t work that well
