Terrible parts support, poor cooling, awkward layout for Atx.
This chassis is very small with an awkward layout and valuable real estate wasted on 20 year old tech, I see no use for any sort of a disk drive in 2024. A usb C port would have been a nice touch. My Ra100 also did not ship with the proprietary pcie bracket or riser as pictured specifically in the listing, except the manufacturer Inwin did not send me one when I asked instead they charged me $40+ and sent me the wrong one.

Used many
Bought many RA100's before or similar models. They work fine. Have many with AM4/AM5 CPUs. Works fine if you use a low TDP cpu like 65w. I use my own fans that are higher rpm. Got one that was missing a pcie bracket but in win sent one.
