Recommend if you like press ups
For £25 this is a great bit of kit - I haven’t found much much use for the bands, but the different positions of press ups have really improved my muscles already after using regularly for a week. I did press ups before but these are much more difficult, target different muscles and I find I don’t pull muscles through bad form. Takes up really small amount of space so for me it’s great - if I end up not using it long term no major space or financial loss.
