Why does the product label say 120 mg, but in the description it says "Delivers 4.6 mg of elemental lithium per tablet?".

That is because lithium orotate breaks down it down into it's fundamental elements, of that 4.6 mg is elemental lithium, which is a proper amount of elental lithium. Don't want much more than that.

What is the espriation date on the bottles? I need to buy 8 and want to make sure they won't expire

It depends on the brand, the form it is in (liquid vs solid), when you bought it, and chemical formula, just like any other item intended for human/animal consumption. You might get the expiration date for a particular batch by checking with the seller/manufacturer.

How big are the pills? I may try this for my 6 year old.
