Excellent build quality, easy to use & decent audio
Wow, I can't believe the quality of this device. For the price, I was expecting something cheap and plasticky. It's weighty aluminum frame with glass front and back. It's responsive and fast, and very easy to get music on. I genuinely can't believe the quality of it for the price. Bluetooth works well, and the auxiliary output works well. I haven't fully tested the battery life yet, but it's quick to charge and works flawlessly. I bought it for just a few tracks, but it has really made me miss MP3 players. Sound quality from the built-in headphones wasn't exceptional, but my bar is normally very high for audio quality. I think for most people it will be adequate, especially if you use your own headphones over Bluetooth. The only thing I would change is the colour of the lights for the touchpad, which are a blue-cyan colour and not great in the dark. I would have preferred a warm white, but that's a nitpick and about as much as I can really criticise here. It was great. I can't fault this for the price.

Reasonable first MP3 player
Good enough for casual use. Lacks a good media accessing OS, the manual control instead of touch is limiting and hard to navigate. The Bluetooth is flaky at pairing. Scrolling through files is better than the self locating results. But for the price it is off wifi, a full manual system, with a good battery life. Sound quality is improved by phones, as you would expect. Small and light enough for my walks. A reasonable budget range device, but could use improvements.

First Class, not perfect but close to being. Superb as a gift. Bluetooth pairing is a little fussy.
AGPTEK Pink MP3 Player with Bluetooth 5.3, 64GB Internal Memory Expandable up to 128GB, 2.4 Inch Music Player with Speaker and FM Radio, Earphones Included. The first thing I notice when opening is that ‘off-the-shelf’, the device arrived fully charged. Not a big thing but quite nice to have that. I plugged the device into my iMac, and the device was recognised immediately as AGP-M3 I copied my 532 MP3 files I had backed up onto the device. It took about 10 mins , which was quite impressive. The files had been accumulated over 5 years so a backup is logical and necessary. Just copy your player’s hard drive to your computer’s hard drive or online storage. The build quality is beautiful, solid and mine being pink is also VERY pretty. It’ a gift for a female friend. The colour is lovely. The button layout is almost identical to many mobile phones, volume up and down on the right edge, and below that is the power on/off toggle button. The charge port is along the bottom edge, as is the Micro SD card slot and the USB-C charge slot, alongside the earphone socket. The speaker is along the top edge of the device. The display has a very intuitive layout, and after a couple of minutes, you can master the operation very easily. Having a white front panel, it is not easy to see the buttons; however, there are only a few, so a young person will soon remember these and their positions intuitively. After a short time, the display closes and is restored with a momentary press of the power button. Connecting a Bluetooth device “for the first time” is absolutely hit and miss, but once on the device list it’s simply a matter of selecting the device to pair with, from the saved devices list. I found that turning off Bluetooth on the phone and other places like TV and computer made this simpler to achieve. I just connected over-ear headphones, the sound quality depends on the paired device, but the player is great.. If I had one criticism, it would be the clarity of the control buttons’ display; they could be darker and better defined. Other than that, I would be delighted to receive this as a gift. I highly recommend it UPDATE: The control display buttons can be backlit in the tools menu, so first-class feature..... only had this just over 1 hour to set up before giving as a gift.

Plays what it wants, not necessarily in the right order!
First off, for the money, this is a great little Bluetooth mp3 player. I use it with an Anker sound core 3 speaker and it sounds great. Its reasonably easy and intuitive to use, which is good because the instructions are not. It has a decent inbuilt memory which is great because I like a lot of music across different genres to suit my mood. Having said all that, there is one major annoyance which is enough to prevent me recommending it. I like to listen to albums and having previously been able to do this effortlessly on my various iPods. However, this seems incapable of playing an album through, and does things like play tracks in random order and skip tracks and repeat tracks which is incredibly annoying! If anyone out there has any idea how to fix this, please let me know. Its a major flaws in what has otherwise been a good purchase.

Bit fiddly to get used to...and then useless.
I have 2 x 32 GB Agbtek players already, was impressed with them apart from some software issues playing albums in order and sequence. Therefore I have some experience of setting them up and transferring my 400+ CDs to laptop and to SD card. This one is slightly different in software appearance and setup, but if you're new to this , you might be in a bit of trouble. The instruction manual is not the easiest to work with, but if you persevere, you'll get there in the end. It bluetooths to both sets of my earbuds with no bother and if you can sort out the equaliser settings and save them then this is a super little player. I'd recommend it , no hesitation.. here's an update... The music icon lists every artist on every album, the artists are bit equated even to the album they are on, the groups albums are not individually listed, the equaliser settings cannot be held it saved, that album titles are not even fully displayed. In the files section, the albums are listed correctly but can't be played at all. Stop one to go to another track and the player shuts down! This was initially a good but, but no longer and I'm going to return. P.s I emailed the address given for assistance and heard absolutely nothing back...If I could give this no stars I would...

I bought an MP3 player from this brand once before, and it was still going strong after three and a half years use... until I lost it somewhere. I wrote back then how well-made and what excellent value for money it was. Well, this looks great, is just as well made, and even better value for money. They have ironed out some of the shortcomings from the previous model: eg. the icons are clearer and the display is now bright enough to read even in sunlight. I note that the battery has a slightly smaller capacity, but it's still more than adequate on playback. So there's very little to fault it on now - apart from that subsequently added files attach themselves to the end of the file-tree rather than taking their place alphabetically. The sound quality is as good as anything you'll find for this price (but only as good as the earphones/headphones you use - the ones supplied with the unit are best thrown away because they cheapen what is a very good product: I'd rather that they supplied no earphones at all than poor-quality rubbish like these). I found no problem with blue-tooth connectivity - unlike many other MP3 players I have tried. Some buyers have criticized the user interface, and although not ideal, I find the touch pad to be very responsive and well-lit (a boon for those like me who use it a lot at night). Overall this is amazing value for money, and the low price in no way reflects the quality of the product. (One even receives a follow-up email as a kind of after-sales service.) And, if my experience with this brand is anything to go by, this device should give many years service.

Great Little mp3 player.
For the money this is a great little Mp3 player. Bluetooth works with our Sony sound bar and the music quality is great. There are some pointless apps on the device like an ebook reader?? Navigation is via the touch pad as there is no touch screen which catches you out occasionally but despite that it is straightforward and effective.

Very good MP3 player
Lovely MP3 player, the built in speaker isn't very good but that doesn't really matter as I only use it plugged in with headphones, the build quality is very good and it has a good weight for its size, only 4 stars as the acrylic scratches very easily. Very good value for money in my opinion, very nice to be able to listen to music without the distraction of phones.

Great build quality, super loud headphone volume, balanced audio, great functionality, easy to use
These are really awesome! I bought two of them for two of my daughters. These things are not disappointing at all! I can vouch for everything except for the battery life as I haven't tested them for more than just a few minutes to make sure everything worked. But from the reviews online and if what the advertisement is saying, and basing that off of the really good build quality super solid, then the battery life is probably also really good. The screens are really nice and bright. Good colors not washed out. Navigation is also pretty easy, some people said outdated but, it's simple to use. The buttons have an option to be on all the time, off all the time, or they light up when you touch the buttons. I thought at first the purple one was going to be hard to see in daytime, but the buttons are super bright. Also, the FM radio is actually pretty amazing. The only feature I don't understand is the FM recording, but otherwise the FM radio has an option to let the mp3 player preset all available stations that it picks up on, or you can go and just set ones that you like. If you press and hold the back and forward buttons that will act as a seek function. If you tap the back or four buttons that will act as a tuning option. Also the mp3 player gives you an option when you're exiting the radio to leave it playing in the background or shut it off, and if you leave it playing the background, the mp3 player seems to have no issues with performance. The mp3 function is probably even better. I had a few songs on a micro SD card and when I put the card in it does pop up with internal and sd card storage options. Also in the mp3 settings will be a way for you to scan the music files, this is necessary to make the mp3 player usable with your music. But out of I think 70 songs it only took the thing probably 7 seconds to scan. After the scan was done, that gave options for everything you would expect with genres, artists, albums, it also has options to add favorites and all that. I did not test out the video playback and picture playback stuff, but again I'm sure it'll work just fine. The audio recording and external speaker work really well. The audio recording comes out pretty clear and I do not need to hold it right next to my mouth for the thing to pick me up with good clarity. The recorder has options to record as wav or mp3 formats. I suggest changing it to mp3 as the native setting is wav and takes more space. I did not test out the Bluetooth function, however I will tell you that it is turned on from factory settings so if you don't plan on using it, make sure you turn it off to save your battery. I'm sure some people won't and then complain about battery life not being good. As far as headset quality goes, it gets loud, really loud. I thought that these would probably do okay on volume but definitely they get loud even with decent not necessarily high-end headphones. It is a little alarming how loud they get so definitely make sure your kids not cranking them up all the way. My hearing is bad and it was not anywhere near close to its max setting and it was kind of hurting my ears. Really setting seven or eight on the volume of 30 is actually plenty loud enough inside a quiet house. Sound quality was also nicely balanced. There was some decent bass, nothing punchy but you could tell it was present and the treble level did not sound overpowering and was not tinny. Again, very nicely balanced. They seem to come pre-charged from the factory. The startup time and shut down time on these units is actually pretty quick within about three or so seconds. Again, really super units, I was pleasantly surprised with how well things worked.
