Software is awful and very buggy which unfortunately ruins the experience on PC. There are much cheaper headsets if you are going to live without these features.Game Chat Balance wheel doesn't work even when set correctly. I can only adjust the mix in the software, but trying to adjust with the hardware wheel doesn't work. It causes the UI slider to move, but doesn't actually change the mix.Tried to verify on my other computer, but setup couldn't even complete. The Swarm installer consistently crashed a few seconds in, which seems to be a common issue from poking around Reddit. Booting Windows into Safe Mode allowed me to get a step further, but the software rendered half off my small laptop screen. I finally got it up and running, but experienced the same issue.Bacically, decent hardware ruined by poorly tested software with Swarm. Right now the headset cannot do what it's advertised to, so it's getting returned. Turtle Beach needs to try much, much harder.

Amazing sound and noise reduction and noise enhancement, mic works 10/10. Comfortable head set, and look amazing

I haven't had any issues with these headsets been using them for years on Xbox I went to pc and needed a set . No brainer really plugged in and away I go

Definitely the most frustrated I've been with a headset, made even more annoying considering the fact it actually sounds really good and is very comfortable. Unfortunately, you are getting Turtle Beach Quality here. It requires constant power cycles of both the headset and dongle itself to get it to work normally (in fact I had to get my dongle replaced as it did was broken right out of the box), microphone has a 25% chance of just not turning on at all when you flip it out.If you leave this for longer than 10 minutes without playing any sounds, get ready for a battle to get things back to normal. I know it's typical for wireless headsets to shut off to save power, but I've never had such trouble waking one up before. It's not often enough to where I'd consider returning it, but when this breaks (which I imagine is likely sooner than average, it's not exactly a tank) I don't think I'll be too unhappy.Other misc complaints/things to know:- SWARM II app is so bad it'll actually prevent my PC from shutting down when a notification is on display.- Microphone sounds significantly worse than what people have been saying here.- Can set the other volume wheel to change things like microphone monitoring, bass boost, but you can NOT disable it. I do not use those functions and am accidentally nudging it all the time as it is directly under the "real" wheel.- No way to disable the game/chat split too which can get confusing when changing PC settings.If the experience wasn't so inconsistent this would absolutely be a 4 star product, 5 stars on sale.

Quite disappointed, this was a gift for my husband and the first time I have been able to afford quite an expensive pair of headphones. When he opened them I saw that some of the cushioning around the left ear was coming away from the earpiece. Have sent back for replacement.
