Keeps stickin no matter what!
I have used patches for my Omnipod ever sense I started using this pump years ago. I must say not all patches are created equal. Some stretchy patches simply stretch the wrong way and make it difficult to fit around the Omnipod and some don't stay stuck at all. This one does both! It stretches the correct way to make life easier and it stays stuck. A must have for any podder!

Hard to put these patches on pods over your arm
My husband wears his Omnipod on his arm, and these patches are hard for him to use without assistance. These patches go over the pod around the pod area to help secure the pod onto the arm. These patches have strong adhesive and seem to keep the pod on, even through his sweating, but are almost a nuisance to try to get them on. We will probably stick to patches that just go around the pod and can be more easily applied.

Good, strong patches, but a couple of minor issues
I've been using Omnipod (both 5 and Dash) for a few years. Usually they stay on for me just fine (for the full 3 day 8 hour wear time), but in the warmer months if I'm exercising the adhesive can lose its grip. Overpatches are a great solution for this, and these overpatches work well. I've tried two types, one which is a rigid sheet of adhesive cut to surround the Omnipod, and these, which are more of a stretchy bandage with adhesive on the bottom. I've had the other type fail (once), though they usually work fine. These feel like they have stronger adhesive which would be unlikely to come off on its own. They are a bit tricky to put on the first time - you should start by removing the backing on the section which goes across the top of your pod, then put the patch on while stretching it across the pod. After that take the backing off the side sections (also while stretching and pressing against your skin), then off the end sections. Why deduct one star? Two issues I've noticed. One is that the black does rub off a bit on my t-shirt. It seems to wash out OK, but it could be an issue against a more delicate fabric. And two, I had one case where even though the pod stayed on firmly the overpatch did allow enough "slack" to allow the cannula to come out and stop deliving insulin (which I noticed because my blood sugar kept going up and I felt a slight scratchiness, which was the tip of the cannula rubbing against my skin. In the future I'll be careful to ensure the adhesive is pressed tightly against the cannula end of the pod.

Stretchy Fabric Like Patches for your Omnipods
When it comes to adhesive patches for your omnipods, this style of patches is one of my favorites. It's made of a stretchy fabric like material. This makes it so that when you go to pull it over your omnipod, it stretches and adheres snugly - just be careful not to pull too hard as it is very stretchy and can be overstretched.Overall, these work well and don't react negatively for my skin. I like them a lot!

Stretchy and waterproof so far
These came just in time! I wS on my way to the gym and was able to try them immediately. The covers are stretchy enough and easy to use. They also stayed on when during a brief dip in the therapy pool.
