Nice Natural Cocoa powder
I couldn't tell from the listing if this was dutch processed or just natural cocoa powder. Since it doesn't say dutch processed, and the fact that it is lighter color than my other cocoa, I made the assumption that it was natural. As such, I couldn't compare this against my dutch processed cocoa which has a deeper cocoa flavor. Instead, I compared it against the natural cocoa I have on hand, Hersey's Cocoa Powder. This powder was better. It has a nice cocoa flavor and was nice velvety flavor. I used it to make hot cocoa and it was definitely better.That being said, when I used it to make my chocolate granola, it didn't have as strong cocoa flavor as my dutch processed cocoa so I will save this cocoa for when natural cocoa powder is called for.
