Nail improvement
I have tried many versions of different gummy vitamins to improve hair skin and nails and this is the only one that I saw real results with . My nails have gotten much thicker and stronger.

No biotin headache!
I've purchased biotin in several different forms in the past, all with the dreaded biotin headache by the end of the day. I've been taking these for about two months now (I had found some on Clearance at HomeGoods and figured, "Why not") and I'm amazing. I always wear my hair in a ponytail and have struggled with little bald spots forming where the hair pulls. This morning (which is what caused me to make sure this would be available for purchase when I ran out and reminded me to write a review) I pulled my hair up and realized my hairline looked NORMAL. I was amazed. It's definitely due to the use of these. I'd recommend!
