Misrepresentation
The bag handles are not colorful they are white which is a misrepresentation of the product.Instead of Sketch pen we received crayons which totally makes the product useless for me. Totally waste of money. I had to buy new product from a local store.

The bag quality is very good & it's an ideal bag to put return gift.There were two options one without sketch pen & one is with sketch pen & the difference amount was Rs.60.And I ordered with sketch pen, but there was only pkt of sketch pen worth Rs. 10. With 12 bags. I find it's unfair. I don't have time to return it otherwise I would have ordered without sketch pen & bought the sketch pen from outside.
