I got this for my husband to use in his hair. He really only uses if it in the front of his hair to hold little spikes up in his bangs. The first time he used it he complained it was really hard to get out and didn't spread easily. Once he left it in the bathroom it seemed to soften up... especially after I took a really hot shower (happy to help). He did rub it between his two fingers and that made the application easier. It did successfully hold his style all day. We both love the scent. I honestly can't put my finger on the scent but I would say it's more manly without being too strong.

Works for medium to longer hair. You have to apply when you hair is wet, which was new to me. I do like the texture I give m though! I have a bob that I’ll occasionally want to do a slight pompadour and this works so well to get that awesome nineties look I’ve been trying to accomplish well…. Since the 90’s! Haha, I’m so glad I found this! Looking to see what other products they have…five stars!!

This is not my favorite hair pomade, and I've used many different brands. It is stated that it's unscented, but there's a slight scent of mens cologne. It's not strong but it's there. This is also a strange texture. When you first put your fingers in to get some of the pomade, it's like spongy and hard to grab. Once you're able to get some, you have to warm it up in your fingers to get it the texture that you want for your hair. It does spike up and work in the hair well though. Gives a medium hold and isn't shiny. The matte look that it gives off is nice. At this price point, I wouldn't rebuy it.

This product is super thick so you can use a very small amount and it goes a long way. Using it every day, I’ve barely gotten halfway through it after two months. It has a scent but it’s very light. The product itself is a light gray color but it blends into hair really easily. While it is a little on the pricey side, it takes a long time to get through it so it’s really not bad.

It is a very very thick paste which makes very hard to spread on hair , personally I don’t like it and moreover after applying on hair it leaves a chalky paste on hair

Really like this stuff! A little goes a LONG way as well. Used a small pea-sized amount where I'd normally use a little more (think soybean size amount of gel/pomade). Got excellent results that way. It seemed weird at first because it's very...firm in the container. Scooping a piece out felt almost like grabbing a piece of dried out play dough. It then wasn't as quick to massage into my hands as a regular gel or pomade would be. However...totally worth the trouble. It smells excellent and is not greasy at all. The hold is great but hair is still soft. None of the crunch you'd experience with a similar strength/hold gel. Between the lack of greasy pomade and the crunch-free hair (as well as smelling good), this stuff is a winner for sure. My only knock is that its "value for money." At time of purchase this was listed at around $20 and a comparable container at the grocery store would be maybe $5-10. I don't know if it's twice-as-nice, but it's definitely better. Final thought: it also washed off my hands very easily. One of my biggest complaints about other hair products is pretty much eliminated with this product. Give it a shot... you won't be disappointed.
