I just had this tonight as a sauce I added to my salmon and it was Awesome. I have also used it in a chicken dish I make so it can be used as a dipping sauce or a sauce u add to fish or meats. It has great flavor that stands out in both avacado and limes as u know this is in there. It is the right consistency in how it comes out of the bottle. A plop here and there u do not need to use much. I can say I enjoy it and think it’s got a good chance with me and some chips next. I think it was mild just right in spices and I added garlic aoli sauce to this also with it being a great addition.

I’m a big fan of this avocado lime dipping sauce. I had a chicken fajita recipe call for it, so it was just used as a finishing drizzle over top. It was creamy and subtle, but you could still taste the lime. It was not mayo-forward tasting, which I was happy about. I would definitely purchase it again.

If you want a sauce that basically tastes like lime, then this is for you. I was hoping for more avocado with a hint of Lime and other flavors. Athough it is like a creamy dressing, it is very overpowering in terms of tartness. I also find it very overpriced.. personally, I would not waste my money on this item again. But if you are someone who likes a very strong flavored tart, things you might actually like it.

Staple in my frig!
I love this stuff! Use it on everything! Adds zip to sandwiches, it's wonderful with chicken, great in wraps, I have not found anything I haven't liked it for!

Bad product.
I really want my money back for this. There is no way I am going to eat this when it started bubbling out when I took off the protective seal. This is a clear indicator that there is bacteria inside and that the bacteria is releasing gases and now flooding out the top. It bubbled out half the bottle when I took the seal off. That is a huge amount of bacteria to produce that much gas. I have literally never seen anything like this.
