I ended up not being able to fit the cap, which is terrible because it's extremely high quality. The materials, stitching, and finish work are all top notch. I have a very large head, and this cap almost fits so don't let my experience discourage other cranially endowed people.

Golden Kocoon EMF cap is extremely well made and I am very picky about caps, I've had to buy three of them recall's friends keep wanting them after they try them on, HaHa. They keep their shape unbelievably even when it's raining, and the fastener, it retains the sizing, even when it gets wet. Love it!!

I was looking for a hat made from bamboo viscose and none were, but this one had a bamboo liner. I bought it because I am interested in EMF and wanted a bamboo hat. It says that just sticking an EMF meter inside it isn't a good way to test if the hat blocks EMF and RF. I did it anyway and it actually did block almost all of it. While wearing it you feel like everything is quieter in a sense. Its hard to explain the feeling, but you can tell it makes a difference. I held my Geiger counter to it as well and it was not radioactive. I only say that because some products from China have Thorium in them and are radioactive. Honestly, I'm impressed with the quality and this hat is about $30 cheaper than many other EMF blocking hats .

Like so many things with health, often one single thing will not fix the problem. Unlike toxic medicines that temporarily block symptoms making things worse for another day vitamins or herbs work in connections with other things such as a change in diet and exercise. Similarly I wasn't sure this is a cure all but for those like myself that seem to be more sensitive to EMFs, or whatever else might be beaming down on us, this is worth considering. I was impressed with the high quality. It feels heavy and well made which I wasn't expecting. and though initially a bit stiff it fit well. Also I liked the velcro strap in the back since it makes it quick to adjust and maybe readjust again later. I'd like a lower profile option and maybe other colors but it's a startup company and overall I was impressed with one of their first products. Does it work? For me I noticed a change within minutes. But like the deer whistles that people use to put on their cars, it's hard to say for sure and statistically impossible to say for everyone. Was it a placebo effect? or all in my head(literally lol)? Because after all my research I understand how it works and have seen it used commercially in electronics so I knew the technology is proven. So maybe when I put it on, in my brain I knew I was protected, and so felt better. Maybe. But the way I look at it every little bit will help and when combined with other things there's an even better chance. So if something that's not yet mainstream is fair in price and you can afford it, why not? And anyway I slice it no matter what the reason was, it worked! So I was very pleased and would recommend.
