Great unit, large and powerful, used it on very heavy materials and removes wrinkles with ease.

I am very pleased with this item. Really does what its suppoed to, and just as described by manufacturer. When I assembled it initially it wasnt working. With just 2 emails and a couple of photos, the Fridja help team quickly advised me (politely) that I had installed the water tank upside down. All withing about 10 minutes the problem was solved and I was steaming away to my hearts content. I can give this item a 'thumbs up' and a big thank you for after care.

It's a good, sturdy, machine built to a good spec and that's what I was hoping for after having bought a cheaper one previously that died right after the year's guarantee was up......funny that In any event, it has a good strong flow of steam which is exactly what you need to whip through your clothes quickly and efficiently. The big water tank means less filling up, which is another positive. However, I'm knocking a star off because I think the location of the on / off switches is awkward and silly and because there's no indicator light either....not that you'd be able to see it anyway as they've put the switches on the back, near the floor!

First time I used it, very good. There on after, spluttery and there is no “pause” like a hand held steamer. So while you are putting next item on a hanger, steam is pouring out of it. Pouring down your walls. Base is unstable on carpets. So wish I’d chosen another make!

Not sure about this. It’s ok for thin and delicate clothes, but not denim or heavy cotton. It always has an air bubble that is annoying and can’t seem to get rid off. It’s now a clothes horse in the corner which is a shame

Just received it and start steaming can’t stop. Took for professional use , 4-5 times a week for many garments. Let’s see how it will work but my expectations are high. What I see now - steam is strong, I like it more than other pro steamer that cost double of the price. The material is strong as well! As for now, very happy. Took 2 years guaranty too just in case.
