The rubber mouth piece came out, now I'm using it with only the cylinder. But still able to breathe in and breathe out but my lips get bruised and feels uncomfortable.

This is not of much use. It hurts your mouth and causes bruises inside on prolonged use. Better try breathing with your nose while working out and maybe use the traditional cheaper lung exercisers available for 200 Rs. this is just a hype.

Easy to use and clean. Instructional videos are helpful. At one week in I think I can breathe somewhat more deeply. This may be helping with my jogging and swimming, but it is early yet. At first, I was skeptical because of the simplicity of it, but I am so happy I ordered this device. I don’t feel now like I have shortness of breath but do seem to have a little reduced lung capacity (according to a spirometer I got recently). I just found this device- this is a tool that I can actually DO something.. so much more helpful than doctors that just kind of shrug their shoulders. I feel like it really does help. This is exactly what I was looking for really.

While training even though I had put it correctly in the mouth,a lot of saliva had got collected in its outer part due to which even though while keeping the head up this problem was not coming,this product could be better if it fits in and way the mouth is closed this much that saliva does nit overflow into the product,else everything is perfect

Since the day I have started using it I can feel that it exercises the lungs. I’m happy with the product and expect my results will have more to do with my efforts than not spending for another brand. I just started breath training to help lower my blood pressure and other problems that comes along. I believe that I can feel a difference by using this.
