Brought as a gift for my step mum for Christmas and I love it, it’s such a beauty mug and I couldn’t believe it was made locally. Perfect gift and a great size mug.

Disappointed with the finish of the product.
The design is lovely however I am really disappointed with the finish and lack of quality control. There is part of the ceramic/coating missing on the inner side of the handle where you would hold the mug. My wife felt the sharp edges as soon as she took the mug out of the box. Below expectations for the cost of the item.
