This new dispenser is better than the old one, which used to leak a little when spraying. I like the concept of the spray, and have found that when I get the sniffles more than usual (from allergies or whatever), a couple of squirts under my tongue stops it. I feel it also helps to spray it directly on my scrapes and bruises which thin skin is so prone to (based on the fact that vitamins can be absorbed by the skin), although it is not intended for this purpose. I don't use up my Marz spray as fast as I should, and I take other supplements as well, so I speak for the convenience more than the effectiveness of the Marz Immunity Spray.

This provides a good boost of vitamin C. Would've given it 5 stars if not for the price. That's the only reason I won't purchase another until the price comes down.
