I love how my face looks!! The Turbo R3 sculpts my jaw, de-puffs my eyes and defines my cheek bones. My face looks firm and sculpted for the whole day after using this device. It feels a little tingly while using, but I lower the setting if its feels too uncomfortable. It works even better than I had hoped for. I use it 4 to 6 times per week and my jowls are greatly diminished. I've been using this device every other day for more than a month. I can see visible results immediately each time using it. For me it works great on lifting my jawline. It also smoothes my skin.The device is compact, lightweight, and easy to use. It has 3 modes for eye area, jawline, and other parts of the face and neck. Each mode has an embedded timer and it beeps as a reminder to change to another area of the face, which is a nice feature. Comparing to other devices, it provides radio frequency, EMS-Turbo current, red light, and near infrared light with reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

I gave it three stars because I wasn’t quite sure what to rate this thing. It was packaged very nicely. It looks like it could do what it’s supposed to. I did not like the fact the writing on the settings was so tiny. I also was not sure about how to use it properly as there were no clear instructions included. I sent it back.

I purchased this device and was not able to get it to hold a charge. With the charge that I was able to get the intensity of the device was very weak and delivered no results for my skin. As a result, I emailed the company to request a return of the device. I was so dissatisfied with the performance of it that I did not even want a replacement. The company gave me the runaround for practically two months, emailing me that they would give me $20 in exchange for keeping the device. Thank absolutely refused to allow me to return it. They warned me not to return the device to the address that was on the package and that the device would be lost at my expense. However, I do believe if I had mailed it to the address on the package, they would have received it, but I was not sure. After informing them that I had paid over $300 for the device and the $20 credit which they offered me would mean nothing for a device that did not work at all, and after about six weeks of communicating with them back-and-forth their final offer was the $20 and I could never get them to communicate with me again for returning the device. This experience has been the worst I have ever had in the history of purchasing products . I do not recommend the device. Neither do I recommend this company. Please beware. By the way, I made the mistake of purchasing the device directly from the company. I believe I might’ve gotten a better result if I had purchased it from Amazon., but probably not.

Best purchase ever!!!! Shipping was fast.I charged it. This comes with an instruction book. I have been researching this item and when I found. This one I was excited!I have been using this every night and on my pimple I used the red light and the inflammation is down considerably!

I never opened this, but after researching a bit, I found that it is better to get it directly from the company. They have a 90 day guarantee, they have sales all the time, the package comes with the masks etc., and you don't have to worry about Amazon's refund/return process. I am still on the hunt to find the perfect radio frequency device. I also notice that this device goes up to 40 degrees celsius, and the recommended degrees in 39-43...as every degree higher has more/different benefits. It's something to consider.

This little thing really made a big difference on my “turkey neck” and saw my skin tighten with consistent use in just a little over 2 weeks. I don’t think it’ll make miracles happen but for me it worked as advertised. The currents take a little getting used to but def until worth sticking thru it.

I absolutely love this device and have noticed improvement to my skin pretty drastically after five or six months of using it a few times a week. The tingling sensation was a bit hard to get used to, but you can start it on the lowest setting and work your way up as needed or as tolerated so that helped a lot. Overall, I absolutely love it!
