Wonderful!
What a relief to find a replacement for our worn out Dyson vacuum. Just the expense of the vacuum at first was daunting but it has stood up and performed for us for several years. We have struggled with bare concrete floors due to repeated foundation repairs over the years. While it took quite a long time for the head to wear down we knew we wanted to replace it and were pleased at the price, quickness of delivery and quality of the item. The new head is lighter than the original which is nice too.

Works on bare floors and low and medium carpet thickness BUT....read more....
Very odd. The first unit we tried dozens of times on very, very low carpet with NO success, even on extremely low carpet mats. It never worked. The rollers would just stop dead on carpet.Then, the replacement unit did not work on carpet at first either, but after about a half dozen or so tries it began to work on the very, very low carpet mats, but still not on the wall to wall carpeting. Then, next time it worked on all of our carpets of which none are deep pile, just normal pile.Perhaps the motorheads have to loosen up or something before they work on carpet but very happy it is working now.SO DON'T GIVE UP if it doesn't work on carpet right away. Keep trying.Return of the first unit was very easy.

Holds Up To OEM Part!
Works just as well as the original OEM part! The Value for your money is spot on! The build quality is on par with the original plastic. Cant beat the price of this verses the OEM part from Dyson. Easy install just attaches to the OEM vacuum or tube. Cleaning is just as easy as the OEM, take a quarter and twist the cylinder off, Noise level is what you expect from a OEM part spinning vacuum head.
