ESR 2 Pack Paper-Feel Screen Protector for iPad Air 11 Inch M4/M3/M2

Highly recommended... but not the best. Just great for the price. I've used the expensive brand for years. The name is... like paper ("Big Brand"). They are the best... but also the most expensive. Is it worth it? I dont know. Application: Great application system and instructions. Easy to install; great included tools. It's insane that the expensive brand doesn't include these same tools. Surface: This is where it starts to fall short. It's fine. Feels high quality. Feels like it will last. BUT, it is VERY matte and rough. The Big Brand gives the pencil a light matte surface to write against, but this is VERY rough. And that's fine. But not as good as the Big Brand. It will be fine for writing and drawing, but if I was still doing high end photo editing, I WOULD NOT USE THIS. There is noticeable display quality degradation. Longevity: I dont know yet, but it doesn't seem as firmly attached to the screen as the Big Brand was. The adhesive just doesn't seem as robust, and I feel the corners will start peeling. I DID give this FIVE STARS though, and the reason is the PRICE. The quality if good enough that I can live with it, but even if this doesn't last last long, the replacement price is MUCH better than the Big Brand. If you want a light matte surface that maintains screen display quality, spring for the Big Brand. If you want to save a bunch of bucks and want a better installation system, get this ESE brand.

I’ve had this ESR paper-feel screen protector on my iPad for years now, and it is easily one of the best purchases I've ever made for it! If you do a lot of digital art or note-taking, this completely changes the experience. It adds just the right amount of friction and resistance so it actually feels like you are drawing on real paper instead of a slippery piece of glass. After years of heavy use, it has held up incredibly well against scratches and still feels great to write on. It's durable, keeps the glare down, and is absolutely worth buying if you want a more natural drawing experience. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, I absolutely LOVE the application process. The apparatus that is provided is a great addition and a great selling feature. It's almost impossible to improperly install the screen protector. I state "almost" because as humans, we still make mistakes, to some degree. I didn't have my iPad properly seated in the apparatus and as you would guess, the screen protector was partially off the screen. Thankfully there is a second screen protector included with this product. As for the screen protector, I give it 5-stars for meeting the intended purpose. As for the feel of the material, I'd say the texture is a bit more rough than paper and I have become a big fan of the rough paper feel of this product. Just to clarify, the surface is not smooth so please be aware of that fact before purchasing it. It is noticeable when you slide your finger across the screen protector. Finger trails and smudges were left on the surface as I slid my finger across the screen protector; however, that's NOT a deal breaker for me. If you MUST have a smooth feel and glossy finish, this screen protector isn't for you. Side note: I use the BoxWave Stylus Pen (Compatible with ASUS Transformer Book T100 - AccuPoint Active Stylus, Electronic Stylus with Ultra Fine Tip - Metallic Silver) on my iPad. It works great. This particular stylus does not scratch the screen protector. I suppose it would if you press too hard. I don't do fancy stuff with my stylus or on my iPad so this stylus works well for me. I'm not willing to pay the current price for an Apple pen/stylus at this point in time; however, if, in the future, I believe that I need one, I will not hesitate to purchase an Apple pen/stylus. I give this screen protector 5-stars and I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using the ESR Paper-Feel Screen Protector on my iPad Air 11 Inch M3, and I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it really does deliver on that specific texture it promises. It has a kind of paper like feel if thats any consideration for your drawing or note-taking needs. It makes using the stylus feel much more natural than sliding around on a glass surface, which I appreciate for my daily tasks. It’s also very thin and responsive, so I haven't noticed any lag or issues with the touch sensitivity while navigating apps. However, I’m kind of sad it makes the screen a little blurry with this screen protector on. That’s the main trade-off here. While it protects against scratches and gives you that tactile feedback, the matte finish definitely impacts the display's clarity. If you’re someone who watches a lot of high-definition videos or does color-precise work, that slight fuzziness might bother you. The application was pretty straightforward thanks to the included tray, and you get two in the pack, but I just wish it didn't dull the screen quite so much. It’s a solid choice if you prioritize the writing experience over a crystal-clear image.

It actually feels like writing on paper. It didn't change the way the ipad functioned at all, but I did notice that it made the screen look slightly grainy. Wasn't an issue for me, because I mainly use my ipad as a planner/bill organizer. You do see finger prints. It fit perfectly too! I had a bit of a struggle putting it on. It comes with an installation tray, and I read the instructions and thought I understood it well, but still struggled. After putting it on, I re-read the instructions and missed a step. So it was user error. I will also mention that I am severely OCD about my screen protectors and don't want ANY air bubbles in it. I have an ipad 11th gen and it fits great.

It's okay. The applicator is supposed to make it easy, but it probably made it worse. Not sure if I'd try them again. I can't return them since I used one.

My first set of these was a challenge to not get any air bubbles. Thankfully ESR and Amazon provided me with a 2nd set at no extra charge. You definitely need to use the 3rd sticker to remove any dust, even if you don’t see any. Use that 3rd sticker! I can really feel the texture on these. Not sure if that will wear out a pencil nib, but time will tell on that. 5 stars for a great warranty policy!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to for this product. I've installed my fair share of screen protectors over the years, and this one might have just been the easiest to install out of all of them. I bought this out of frustration because I tried a different product and the installation didn't go well, with lots of things getting caught under the film regardless of how many times I cleaned it. With this set, I was more careful with the cleaning, but the real difference maker is the tray. Having the tray to hold the iPad in place and keeping the screen protector straight, as well as having the guide for placing it correctly, makes a big difference in the installation process. I wish all other brands were this good or better in this regard. Edit: Changing this to 4 stars after using this for a couple of days. As a screen protector, it's just ok. Nothing revolutionary. It doesn't increase the friction for writing very much. My pencil still feels like it's sliding all the time, so it doesn't really give a "paperlike" feel, unlike a couple other screen protectors I have used with my previous iPad. It definitely has an impact on the clarity of the screen, but it doesn't bother me much because I primarily use my iPad for taking notes. You can still see the screen perfectly fine. Overall it's a good product, and I really appreciate the ease of the installation process, but if you're looking for the right feel of the screen protector regardless of what the installation is like, then look elsewhere.

I bought this product because I do like the feel of it with the pen. Installing the screen was easy just follow the instructions BUT after placing it on the screen it was full of dust and hairs, what the heck, when you peel back the film it creates static that attracts all the elements in the air so I removed it and applied the second film in the kitchen, once again static, not as much particles get stuck on the film but enough to notice it badly. If you register your ESR product they give you a 2 year guarantee. I got in touch with ESR via email and told them of my issues when installing it, as promised they will send you a new screen free of charge with additional advice. The new advice is to install it in a humid room say like a bathroom after having a shower and peel the film back slowly as you install it on the iPad screen. Awaiting for the new screen to apply it cleanly. Poor cat got static shot on the nose from me. The overall impression is a great screen protector and texture, makes me write a lot neater than on a smooth glass. ESR are the only products I use for my iPad 13 pro 2024 M4, I have the case with keyboard. I trust ESR products to protect and the functionality of uses.

Szklo ochronne jest matowe, imitujace papier, i faktycznie w jakims stopniu tak jest. Nie mialem porównania z innymi producentami. UWAGA: matowy efekt papieru psuje niestety ostrosc i jakosc obrazu. Nie obejrzysz juz z tym szklem filmu z poczuciem, ze ogladasz 4K, gdyz szko nadaje lekko matowy filter niestety. Wez to prosze pod uwage przy zakupie.

Realmente simula toque de papel. Otimo kit de instalação. Realmente muito bom

Vrij ruw, je moet er aan wennen als je het niet gewoon bent om dit soort screenprotectors te gebruiken. Daarnaast komt de screenprotector los aan de randen waar mijn hoesje zit. Wel prima kwaliteit alleen vermindert de kwaliteit van je scherm wel een beetje.
