We have a small space for our workout equipment, so we have to move this to storage when not in use. It is easy to move, store, and adjust to different settings. It's comfortable and high quality for the price.

I am trying to set up a beginer home gym and this bench is a perfect addition. One thing stands out of this bench is that you could set it up as a Roman chair. It is easy for performing stretches. Good value for money.Two things i really wish this bench had, 1) rollers/wheels for easy maneuver. 2) better cushion. But for this price range, I really cant complain. If you are beginner and in search of an entry level bench, I would recommend this bench

Mine was missing a hole in the metal that was needed to adjust the Roman chair. It didn’t feel stable so I returned it. Just be wary of this potential defect before fully assembling yours in case you have to return it. One personal preference I developed after assembling this was that I prefer adjustable knobs that don’t fully pull out when you need to adjust anything, so less parts to potentially lose. Overall it seemed okay for the price for a beginner’s home gym.

For the average person who is not going to become a professional bodybuilder or a competitive powerlifter, this bench is more than sufficient. It is fairly sturdy and one can do a variety of exercises using this product.Some reviewers have stated this bench is not as solid as those found in commercial gyms. This is correct; however, once again, this is not a high-end product, and nothing in the product’s description on Amazon describes it as such. There are far more expensive and better-quality benches available on Amazon and on a plethora of online vendors which are basically the same as benches one sees in commercial gyms. This bench is not advertised to be the equal of heavy-duty benches one would see many of in a commercial gym.This product, however, is a fine bench which will suit the needs of many people in the general population, and it’s not flimsy. Unless you weigh 400lbs and/or are planning to use this when benching 350lbs, you’re probably going to do all right with this bench; this product will meet the needs of those who plan to perform basic exercises such as seated dumbbell curls, one-arm dumbbell rows, and lying triceps extensions.Regarding the company: I opted to return the first product because the holes in one part of the bench would not align no matter how hard I tried to insert one of the ball head latches. I was going to go for a refund, but the option for a replacement was available. To the company’s credit, it shipped the replacement immediately and the turnaround time was shorter than the turnaround time for the original bench (which I have since sent back). The replacement bench had no problems and assembling it was not too difficult.Cost-benefit-wise, not too bad. I spent a bit over $100 on a Black Friday promotion; now that Black Friday has come and gone, this product costs almost $30 more.

Easy to put together so far I'm loving it.

WI think it works great. It is perfect for an at home personal use equipment. Unfortunately my weights I have do not fit on the bar underneath, but not a problem for me. The only negative is the ankle guard (3rd pic). I wish it were adjustable. Still works fine for me, though. It is sturdy and made well. Worth the money.

This workout bench is great. I really like all the options for position and the ability to do the reverse sit ups.They even have a handle in the middle to help move it from storage position to use position. This has definitely elevated our work out room.
