Simple, good built quality, easy to use
This is a good switch. Prior to purchase it, I read some reviews on other brands and one concern is the support for EDID, essentially what this feature does is to send a signal to the unselected pc to let it know it’s connected to a 4K or whatever the actual connected display’s resolution is so the corresponding window manager won’t resize the windows. This is an important feature and most cheaper switches don’t support it, as a result when you switch away from the pc, the windows gets messed up. This switch does support EDID even though the description was not clear about it.The next key thing I’m looking for is the support for higher resolutions like 4k and 2k. This one does 4k@60hz and 2k@100hz. This is good as those are common resolution and refresh rate for monitor these days. If it could support 2k@144hz it would be even better, but it doesn’t.Finally I use a mixed Mac (Intel and M1) and PC environment. What I have currently connected to the switch are Mac mini M1, Mac mini Intel, Intel nuc, and a PC with 6800XT. The mouse and keyboard are Logitech MX series, I use separate nano dongle for keyboard and mouse. The switch supports all 4 devices without any issues. I did have to use high quality hdmi cable (thicker), not the slim cheaper kind. The included usb cable is also a must, I tried use other usb cables but mouse and keyboard won’t work. The hot key Ctrl+Ctrl+[1234] to switch between devices worked flawlessly.Overall I think other than few small things one needs to pay attention to, it’s a perfect switch for the money.

4-port KVM is flaky
Lived for two years and died. The USB cables provided are garbage. The KVM itself is kinda flaky. Often you have to toggle between two devices to get the monitor to come on. It basically works but I’ll shop for a better unit.

It works most of the time.
I hoped for a cheap KVM solution. This device works most of the time. But it doesn't work sometimes. I have to power recycle sometimes. I have to click selector button instead of hot key sometimes. It sometimes doesn't work but it works most of the time.I am debating if my life is worth more than dealing with this trouble. But then I might be overestimating worth of life. Maybe I should put in $100 more.. I haven't made up my mind. I know a doctor using $400 laptop for last 10 years and he still don't see the need to upgrade.

Functioning as described
In general a good KVM switch, metal construction, on/off power switch, all keyboard shortcuts and usb ports work well. Only minor complaint is the 4-5 seconds delay between switching.

Great customer service
I purchased this product and it worked great. Unfortunately the keyboard and mouse stopped responding. I contacted them and they quickly sent a replacement model. I think mine was probably a case of bad luck. The product is well-built and they stand behind their product. They even got their technical department involved.I’m hopeful that this will work well for you. They certainly have great customer support. Thanks Molly.

Fast, Reliable HDMI KVM Switch
I have been unable to test the 4k @ 60hz claims; however, I can confirm that it works at 1440p @ 165hz. I have used this switch for about five months now without any issues. I use it to switch between my work laptop and my gaming PC. I had concerns that it would not be able to keep up with my gaming PC; however, those concerns have been completely refuted by the switch's performance. The only change I would make is that I also have the DisplayPort switch from the same brand and the LED colors are different. For instance, computer 1 on the DisplayPort switch is a blue LED while it is a green LED on the HDMI switch; then, the opposite is true for computer 2. It is a minor imperfection to me but I could see someone else make the argument that the different LEDs help them better understand which monitor they are switching.

Convenient KVM switch
I got this to be able to switch between a desktop and a steamdeck (through a dock) connected to my TV. I have a keyboard, mouse, headset adapter, and controller adapter connected and I have the output going to my TV. This works exactly as I need it to, passing through the video out to my TV from whichever system is selected, and making the accessories available to each when they are selected. There is a little wired remote that can be used to add a button to switch systems in a more convenient location. Both the built in button and the remote button work to switch sources, but in my application I don't need the remote. Thankfully it can just be unplugged and stored. Happy with this so far.
