I don't usually write reviews but I had to with this pillow. It has changed my life. I have ongoing problems with my neck and this pillow has really helped relieve the pain going up into the back of my head. I am sleeping consistently well, better than I have ever slept. I put off trying a pillow like this for so long as I though I find it too flat and too hard. I read alot of reviews before deciding in this particular one. It has been amazing!

Only 4 stars comfy pillow but does not stay cool

Like the coolness of this pillow also seems good for my neck pain also good value for money and very comfortable .

I have stenosis off the spine and iv had my neck fuzed so have had terrable trouble finding a pillow that's comfy...I thought I'd give this one a try and it's fantastic best night's sleep iv had since my operation...would highly recommend 😴

It's ok, doesn't stay cool for very long, it's quite uncomfortable when sleeping on my side and leaves me with a bad neck, sleeping on my front is soo uncomfortable and the 'arm' groves are pointless. I am not normally able to sleep on my back but due to the shape of the pillow it's actually pretty good so I'll give it that

Pillow is very cooling although very flat.

My neck has been in bits since I purchased these and the wife doesn’t like them either. Had to throw them in the bin, do yourself a favour and buy some good quality duck or goose down pillows
