Very poor customer service and return policies
The product seems alright but did not meet my functional requirements. I therefore initiated a return. The product had been shipped from Germany to Spain so I had been asked to return it at my own cost all the way from Spain to Germany. The shipping cost with regular Spanish postal service (correos) was EUR 55, which is completely unreasonable for a product that sells for EUR 160. I understand the Amazon marketplace concept of individual sellers but as a loyal Prime customer I expect protection from such practices.

Totally comprehensive travel kit
Nothing I dislike. Space, ergonomic. Looks great, quality, first class design. I was a loyal osprey fanboy. This beats my osprey hands down. Of ypu are true traveller, just get it

It should come with 2 backpacks attached i received only the big backpack the small one is missing
