Miracle Noodle Egg White Spaghetti Pasta, 3.5 Oz (Pack of 6)

This is a must buy. Amazing texture and works with any favorite pasta sauce. I made mine with a cottage cheese sauce for additional protein, topped it with ground beef. 1 bag is a serving, but no way that would fill up anyone. I used 2 bags and if it wasn't for the protein and calories in the ground beef and cottage cheese, I would have easily needed a total of 4 bags. By this token, the price is very expensive. A price reduction would be appreciated, egg whites are not that expensive, the ingredients used don't warrant the high cost. The company is exploiting a population that is trying to be be healthy or may have wheat or gluten allergies . I want to be a lifetime costumer, but in this economy, this price just doesn't fit the budget. Overall amazing product !

I love these miracle egg noodles! As a celiac, these satisfy my pasta fix. 1 bag is a serving with no carbs, gf, 45 calories and no sugar. Good texture and greatly improved over shitake(mushroom) noodles. The "spaghetti " isn't really long enough to twirl around a fork. Also have a thinner vermicelli noodle. Easy to prepare/heat - I strain and pop into microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, them add sauce, cheese or toss in soup. They hold up well, no mush.

YAAAAAAASSS! Ok, after a homemade batch that left me with some trauma and seeing some reviews complain about texture, i was a little nervous, especially for the price. But these were fantastic!! First the flavor and smell was absolutely nothing. It tasted how egg whites from a hard boiled egg taste like. No eggy-ness at all. Which i would've have mined. But it was absolutely a black slate vehicle for sauce. Next the texture, amazing. It reminded me of an overcooked spaghetti noodle. The weren't falling apart, but the were soft, and still held for twirls. Next, it was small, so I wanted 2 bags, really treating myself with that price tag. But i worried about having too many calories. But 45 calories a bag?? I felt like i had a huge bowl of luscious pasta for so little! And 20g protein total. Truly a miracle. Also this review is to help people, not to pat the Amazon seller on the back. I found you can buy these for $3.50/pack at sprouts. That's where I'll be going. Even at $5 it's waaaay worth it.

Small portions (size and protein amount) for the cost is a little disappointing. But they are good the remind me of canned spaghetti O's texture. No flavor, but will take on some flavor as you season.

These have a nice flavor and texture. They are a little softer than regular noodles, but better than heart of palm noodles.

I really wanted to like these, but the texture just didn’t work for me. The noodles are extremely mushy, which made them hard to enjoy. I expected them to be fairly neutral in flavor, and they are—but unfortunately the texture takes away from the overall experience. That said, they don’t have any strong or off-putting taste, so you could try dressing them up with sauces and seasonings. It might work better depending on how you prepare them. Personally, I won’t be buying them again, but if you’re curious, give them a try and see what you think—just be prepared for a very soft, mushy texture.

This product is a scam. Not worth 30$ I usually never write a review even when it is bad, but these noodles are horrible. They are not even noodles, they break to touch, haze zero consistency, it’s like eating air, and can’t even mix them with any sauce as they advertise on their packet because they break in tiny pieces. I can’t believe I paid $30 for egg whites made of air

I'm on a diet that doesn't allow wheat and is especially carb-averse. I've tried a number of options, including konjac noodles (good but not the same texture), konjac with wheat fiber (better but still not the same and tofu noodles (again, they were fine and a good flavor carrier, but they broke apart too easily). These noodles had good texture, a neutral taste, and felt the most like regular pasta out there. This will be my go to moving forward.

Stupidly expensive but really yummy. I just wish the price was more reasonable.
