Exactly what I needed to make bread

I have no idea what smell someone is whining and complaining about! This product does NOT smell bad! Bambo in general has no smell anyway! I have the nose of a Beagle dog! And, I can assure you, this product DOES NOT smell bad, I would know immediately! I have used it and it works well and has ZERO smell! Competitors need to stop buying products and giving bad ratings to boost their own! That’s grossly unethical! There is absolutely NO issues or smells with this product! I am not paid to evaluate products. I am just an average consumer that appreciates honesty and good products!

Purchased to try out Victoria's Keto Flour as I was already tired of fathead dough after a month of being keto. I made the flour and it's fantastic! Super light and has a great texture. Bakes within the bread well and is quite a great dupe for flour. Truly impressed! Not much of a taste but it does help keep the flour nice and light. A little goes a long way with this so this package will last me quite a while. I will definitely be ordering again when it's finished! Definitely worth the $$$. And use with care- it's so light it will fly all over. And weigh rather than use volume measurements if possible.

I was worried about this since it's from Bamboo( I've used bamboo sticks in martial arts . So I was hesitant, but I'm glad I went ahead and used it first Victoria' Keto flour . There is no added weird flavor and it makes great single serve bread . I bake it in a air fryer/toaster oven instead of microwave with 2 level plastic spoon full of Anthony's Allulose so that it browns and tastes really good ! Bamboo fiber flour is cloud light so don't blow on it . It will be like a dust storm ! I didn't have any allergy to it either . Was worried because it was bamboo .

This bamboo fiber is a great addition to my smoothies. It's flavorless and VERY fine so it blends in my smoothies perfectly giving a them a richer feel without altering the taste. Hoping to dive into baking with this as well!

Like this better than oat fiber.

Hello people hey I got a brand new cookbook, called, "No Sugar for Manfred" it is available here on Amazon. Best keto cookbook I've ever seen so far I've made about 15 recipes and everyone's amazing all two carbs are lower. Anyways it called for bamboo fiber and some of the recipes so I ordered it made one of the ones last night and it was freaking amazing it was a quiche and that was used in the crust dough whatever you want to call it. Not quite as buttery and Flaky as regular dough but almost no carbs

I put a scoop in my smoothie to add fiber. So many recipes online to try. I substitute 25% of my flour in recipes and it works great. Very fine texture, like powdered sugar without the lumps.
