This product was delivered quickly arriving with no damage or missing items featured to be included. I'm definitely happy to report that this is my very 1st rice cooker purchase and it works like a dream. Carefully reading the instructions following each step made it very simple to operate. The heating level is powerful for such a small pot and the power switch (Warm, Cooking) gives you control of the performance. I can finally enjoy making rice without the concern of making oatmeal that should be rice 🤣 But again with the size it is small which saves space in other cooking areas of the kitchen. Overall quality is amazing for the asking price thank you and looking forward to purchasing more products from this seller.

White Rice: While cooking it boils up and onto the lid with starchy water that’s challenging to have to wash every usage. I use it almost daily. I tried rinsing rice with a half cup, one cup and three cups, same result. Rice sometimes singes, causing brown patches but taste is unaffected. Even with challenges, it cooks rice consistently well, keeps warm nicely and is an excellent value for the money, also has a tiny footprint. Perfect for small batches, just tilt lid if it necessary.

This is a simple unit that does a great job. No extra bells and whistles just cooks the rice.

It’s just what I wanted! Small, simple, easy to use. It cooks rice perfectly. I had some friends over and they couldn’t stop talking about how good the rice was. It was basic white rice! I’ve also cooked a few meals in it and those also turn out great. If you use a sauce or flavoring, you’re likely to get a crispy layer on the bottom but I honestly love it so I don’t mind. This doesn’t happen with basic rice cooked in water. It cooks the rice quickly and the pot is easy to clean. Nothing has stuck to it. I also make things like mac and cheese or ramen. It’s fantastic!

This rice cooker got lost in transit, but I was able to find one at a local store the following weekend, so I can still speak to the quality and functionality. It heats quickly and cooks really well. And not just rice. I've cooked Ramen, and other pasta dishes in this cooker, heated meatballs in sauce, and so much more. This is great for single meals, or preparing sides for a few. I'm really very impressed with this cooker and would easily recommend it. Five stars for the cooker itself. Zero stars because it got lost in transit.
