IT WORKS
I’m on my second month of taking the product. I feel like it gives me that extra boost in memory I was looking for. Mix’s well into a bottle of water or beverage of choice.

Great for menopause fog!
As a menopausal woman, I noticed that my thinking speed had slipped a little, so I started looking for memory products and found this one. I started taking it daily, drinking it with my first bottle of water in the morning. I started noticing a difference in the first couple of days. I definitely feel like I can remember small things, but I really see a difference in my speed of response. I’m loving this.

Decent
My doctor suggested incorporating magnesium for several issues they are treating.I like the idea of a powdered supplement as it is easier than remembering/forcing myself to take yet another pill. While there is no distinct flavor, you can definitely tell you've added something to your beverage. The good thing is this taste isn't off-putting and isn't really noticeable beyond the first few sips. So far I've been using it in hot/iced coffee, so I'm unsure about my statement in conjunction with other beverages. The powder blends nicely into both hot/cold coffee without clumping. Some residue sits on the top, but this can be skimmed off or mixed further to avoid drinking the film.I haven't noticed any results yet, but that's not to say this isn't a nice once-in-a-while bonus as long as I'm not overconsuming and my doctor continues to say it's okay. The only downside so far is that the powder could be a lot more affordable. Honestly, when I finish the last packet I'll probably search for something cheaper and maybe with more dual purpose for my particular needs.

substantially overpriced, caused bowel issues, and personally i think this is worthless
OK, the ingredients are:Vitamin CVitamin DVitamin B6Magnesium (enough to cause me, and every family member, to be parked on the loo with #2)and L-ThreonateFor the asking price, you can duplicate those ingredients for SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER COST. Furthermore, I cannot find any solid evidence that those ingredients help your brain or memory. And of course, being parked on the toilet after taking this, is not something I want to experience again.HARD PASS for me. This stuff is going straight into the trash. ZERO STARS if I could.

Good stuff but the claims on the package are a bit of a reach
I like it overall but it rubs me the wrong way to see this strong of a claim on a package. I wish they'd be more realistic about the benefits of these supplements but it seems like they're happy to greatly oversell the health benefits. It's useful stuff, just that this blend is not magic. You can get similar or better health benefits from propely supplementing these same ingredients in other ways as well, it's not some proprietary memory magic powder.

Works Well
I have taken many different magnesium supplements in the past and I am really happy with this one. It is much more than just magnesium. It's a brain boosting power drink. I am always looking for ways to boost my memory and concentration and taking this supplement seems to be helping so far. It is very simple to keep these little packets around and simply add them into a bottle of water, so they are perfect for on-the-go or working individuals. They have a very high concentration of magnesium threonate, a very absorbable form of magnesium that is particularly good at crossing the blood brain barrier and thereby supporting the brain cells. It also helps the rest of the body too, but it can easily access the brain unlike some of it's counterparts that have a little more trouble. On top of that, it contains vitamin B6 and phosphatidylserine which are often present in the well-publicized brain boosting supplements. Phosphatidylserine is a major component of our neurons' cell membranes including the myelin sheaths which act as insulators for the transmission of the electrical nerve impulses. I like the ease of use of this powder, it has a bit of a classic metallic-y, vitamin flavor (I bought the unflavored version) if you take it alone in water. I have been mixing it into juice or any other flavored beverage, such as an electrolyte drink which masks it a bit. It's not bad at all and I know it is good for my body. It is a bit on the pricy side, but when you add up all of the components it's worth it for supporting the most important part of our bodies. There are 30 packets in the box and they do offer a flavored version. Anyone experiencing brain fog or difficulty concentrating, should give magnesium threonate a try, as many are deficient and don't realize it.

Magnesium l-threonate proven to improve brain functions...
I like that this is a water-soluble form of this wonderful health adjuvant. However, the 'unflavored' aspect has a slightly unpleasant flavor to my taste buds. Not really 'offensive', but not something I'd add to my water bottle if I didn't already know a lot about this superb nutrient.I've been taking Magnesium l-threonate since it first came on the market some years ago- when human studies were beginning - but long before any results were in. the fact that regular use 'increases neuronal density' in rats convinced me it would be good for me - and I've never had any reason to regret beginning to consume it.Despite the excellent primary ingredient as well as cofactors and phosphatidylserine, this is a very expensive combination of ingredients which is far beyond my monthly budget for this type product. It's approximately TWICE the cost of an equivalent dose of just 'Magtein' (the brand name of this patented nutrient)! as another reviewer pointed out, one can combine the same nutrients separately for FAR less cost.Even though the ingredients are 5 star, the extrmely high price is 1 star; so best I can offer is a 3 star review.
