Liquid Egg Whites Pasteurised Liquid 1KG / 1 Litre Eggs White Protein by Pure Source Nutrition (3 x 1KG)

Each container had 1lt of liquid egg white and the order was for 3 x 1 lt cartons received. the liquid whipped up perfectly for making Marangs. It was ideal for all types of Merengue dishes I.E nests roulades Alaska's & just halves sandwiched together with cream. Once opened it must be used within 5 days. In the merengue state they will keep in a dry air tight container indefinitely. It is a really useful product as it avoids cracking and separating eggs first from their shells then the whites from the yolk. Also avoids the problem of having the yolks left over. I found it very easy to use and good value.

Our family didn’t like it, not tasty and we had to pour it down the flush.
