Beautifully made, very strong. I bought these to make beef patties that are very small for snacks kept cold in the fridge. They have been perfect. Plenty of room for my hand, heavy enough to do what I want which is to cut through ground meat pressed thick. I suspect most people are going to use this on dough for pastry and these will be more than adequate. I think you’ll really like them.
