DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD: Cyclonic filter for individuals, crafts and industry. The paper filter of a vacuum cleaner clogs quickly, it reduces the suction flow to the suction nozzle, requiring frequent cleaning/replacing the filter. Replacing paper filters is costly and time-consuming. The DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD, a cyclone type filter made of glass filled polyamide plastic (30%) black antistatic, is a complement to your workshop vacuum cleaner that will allow you to eliminate defects of conventional filters. It allows the separation of dust particles, wet and dry, thus limiting the clogging of your vacuum cleaner filters and thus increasing the service life. The cyclone separator collects the extracted particles in a sealed tank that you will attach to the base of the cyclonic separator. The cyclone separator filters 99% of the sucked air containing dust and fine particles, depositing only 1% of them on the filter of your vacuum cleaner, significantly increasing its operating time, power and efficiency. The cyclone separator can be used for a variety of applications such as sawing/sanding/wood machining, interior renovation, DIY dust extraction (concrete, plaster, etc...) centralized suction etc. DLX model features: anti-static construction <1E6 ohms/square profiled air inlet parabolic cone particle/chip ejection port through Review: Works perfectly. - Bought with a small plastic barrel to make a mini dust extractor for sanding. This works a treat! Almost no noticeable dust made it through the the vacuum (tried with a corded Dyson and a workshop vac). Review: Beyond impressive - I bought this as a stopgap solution as i was having problems with my CamVac. Fitted it to a 60L plastic drum and connected it up to an hold Henry vacuum, using the fittings included and a couple of spare Henry hoses. The performance is beyond impressive. I've used it for everything from sanders to routers to the table saw, for cleaning teh workshop floor and even to pick up chippings created on the lathe. It does a near perfect job of separating the dust, so much so that after a couple of months there is nothing to speak of in Henry and half a drum of sawdust beneath the cyclone. Some fine dust, such as MDF dust does make it into the vacuum but that is to be expected, and shoudln't be an issue with any good shop vac or a vacuum with a good filter. It didn't noticeably harm the suction power of the Henry either. My only criticism is the oincluded fittings. It would be nice if rather than being moulded to fit the hoses internally, they were made to either thread onto standard size hoses, or allowed hoses to be clipped onto them with hose cclamps. The only way to fit hoses directly to the fittings is to push them in, using tape or hot glue to seal them. It works, but it's not an elegant solution. It looses a star because of this. If the fittings were improved, and the range perhaps expanded to include 63 and 100 mm fittings, it would be the perfect cyclone.

Top Produkt
