Does it pull up a steep hill well enough ?

I play on a very steep course and have no problem with the trolley negotiating steep gradients as long as your battery is fully charged.

Where can I purchase the phone holder that connects with the accessory holder?

Look at their web site...loadsa goodies for it on there.
