In my experience, this is a quality product. It’s soft, holds its shape well, and has the perfect balance—not too heavy and not too light. The buttons feel sturdy, the filling is supportive without being stiff, and overall it looks well made.As you can probably tell from my babbling video 😄, I really love it.
