Ocean: A Photicular Book Hardcover – Picture Book, October 7, 2014

It took a long time to receive the book but worldofbooksusa was responsive when I followed up because the book was overdue. If orders are late, don't wait but contact the seller, any seller, promptly. I would purchase from them again. Like the other photiclar books, Ocean is full of stunning images rippling with movement. Children and adults find the lenticular art amazing and enchanting. Older adults with dementia find it stimulating and enjoyable. These books hold up well and are definitely worth the cost.

The book and its moving picture effects are lovely, but I do not consider it a children's book. The Amazon guidance for Ocean was 2 to 7 years of age. No part of the book narrative seems to fit that age group. It is a lovely book. but children will want only the pictures.

This book was a hit with my 6 year old!! The book is bound together well and the moving images are so neat!! Love all the facts and captions too. I was hesitant because this is a bit pricy but it was definitely worth the $$.

I love these books!! I have a granddaughter who loves animals and even tho she is almost 3 she knows all of her animals. In fact my son says she even corrects him when he calls the animal the wrong name. Anyway, I bought these with her in mind and lo and behold these books keep all my grandchildren entertained, as well as the adults. It would be great to see future books with possibly forest animals, maybe desert animals, flying animals, creepy crawlies...the possibilities are endless!! Keep up the good work on these and I look forward to future books as well.

I bought 3 different photography books for my grandson Safari, Dinosaurs, Ocean he loves them ALL!He’s enjoying while he’s learning and that what it’s all about Please make more!!!You can make volumes of each one containing different species of each one of the categories and expand to Fram animals ! These books are of collectible quality and value and can be handed down to his children some day❣️

Wondering what to give that special needs child in your life -- or any child at all -- these Photicular books are fabulous! They provide fascinating entertainment and open up the whole wide world and its mysteries not just for children but for adults, too. The families we have given them to have been enjoying each one so very much.

Beautiful ocean animals flickering and making cool movements.

I know from other copies I have seen that this is a beautiful and fun book, but mine was from a disreputable seller. Be cautious buying used. Mine was literally garbage. Several pages were cemented together, photos bent/warped beyond usability, etc.Unfortunately, I trusted someone else with the return and they didn't bother, so I wasted my money.
