Love this book! A great insight into the first few months of sobriety......I've read it many times as I go through learning how to live without wine. Great to hear how someone else went through the same things and to understand more about the stages of withdrawl/sobriety, to understand the bumps in the road as well as hope for the future. Was very useful to understand some of the chemical explanations for why we crave alcoholic and it's effect on the body. And had many, many giggles along the way! Thanks Clare!
