Solar Garden Peacock Wine Bottle Tree

This was a birthday gift for my Mother (in her eighties). It is wonderful as she does not have to dust it. It is a perfect gift for someone who does need anything but can enjoy. I arranged for a friend in her area to go directly to some vineyards. We bought wines she could enjoy with beautiful bottles. As she finished the wine with friends a bottle was added to the peacock. She know has memories of those she shared the wine with and a beautiful colorful peacock to enjoy looking at in the evenings from her porch.

This item is really lovely. It is . . . but the lights on this thing are garbage. When you open it up and take it out of the box, you have to put it together, and the wiring and connections are pretty much a joke. It looks like my 5 yr old nephew wired it, and the connections are less reliable than he could do. I basically ordered separate fairy lights and tucked them into the bottles and they look way better. If you use what they have provided you hear, you have to hold your mouth just right and keep trying and trying to get the lights on. Save yourself the frustration if you buy this item, and also buy some inexpensive lights so you won't be disappointed.

This is cute. It looks nice in the yard. As other reviewers have noted, the lights quit working nearly immediately, but I was expecting that. The stakes that you are supposed to drive into the ground to keep it upright are a little short, so be aware of that.

Looks beautiful in my backyard. I put in a place that has nothing blooming and now my peacock bottle tree blooms all day and lights up at night. Very happy with it!

It's pretty and well made but the photo is deceiving because it's pretty much impossible to find anything but gold and green bottles unless you get painted ones and you can't leave them outside! So, having a solar light decoration for the outdoors with bottles that can't be kept outdoors is pointless. I found a source to buy blue bottles so I just had 3 colors. It was okay but not the effect I wanted for a peacock.

Present for our mother, went over fantastically!! Put together very simply and sturdy. Fits many size bottles.
