5000 IU of vitamin D3 is very good for your bone health as well your overall well being. On the top of that it has 100mcg of Vitamin K2 which reduces the progression of arterial calcification and aortic valve calcification.

Ive had this for a couple of days now bcos ive got severe deficiency, i feel energetic all throughout the day after having this, im also healing 10x faster, some of my health issues caused by deficiency are going away with just 2-3 doses itself im seeing difference. I can see my body recovering. There is so far no side effect or any such issue, no real taste. Seems good quality. Also says vegan on the packing and no difficulty to swallow.
