The product was good than I expected. There is no damages or scratches. This is my 1st time buying a refurbished product, but it seems like a original product. MS Office, and Win 10 Pro was pre installed. Having 16 GB ram and SSD having 2 partitions with enough space. It was really amazing to get these all of these for this much low price. They also provided converters for graphics card. Totally a genuine product and worth a money.

Its like Fraud, not switching on in arrival, Amazon customer care not listening .

Not correct specification & Defective product recieved not working and customer care not responding

On one look, the product looks great! It works perfectly, except the internal components have been different. Mine did bot have 2gb graphics card, instead had 500mb basic video card. Had SSD, Ram, same as mentioned. Even processor was a bit different model.Seller needs to check their listing and update it before sending to users not to get it returned.I liked my unit, but sadly had to return it!A bit more care from seller and it can be great 👍Almost well done New Jaisa!

PC IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES, BUT "NEWJAISA" DISAPPOINTED ME IN CONFIG. THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE QUADRO 620 GRAPHICS BUT SOME LOW GRAPHIC CARD & CPU IS ALSO NOT AS PER SPECIFICATION. HAD COMPLAINED THEM NJC-35311 BUT NEVER GOT ISSUE SOLVED ELSE ITS WORKING FINE TILL DATE
