I bought this refurbished laptop and it was delivered on 21st August. The packing is great and the keyboard is also good as new. There is a small particle that stick on the screen but it is not visible because its transparent. The touchpad is fine as it is refurbished. The top part (in which the 'Thinkbook' is written), there are some scratches and on the side too. The holes for the cables are kinda dirty. And the charger is also good 170W charger. The performance is also upto point. I played Far Cry 3 with high graphics smoothly. It can even run gta 5 . But playing heavy games leads to heating , this happens in every laptop so its normal. Yeah i think it is value for money. I hope it will work for many upcoming years.

It is worth and smooth functioning

When I bought this laptop, the supplier contacted me asking for positive feedback on Amazon, which felt a bit pushy. Unfortunately, the laptop stopped working shortly after. When I reached out to the same person to report the issue, their response was shockingly rude—they told me to “get your facts straight” and even sarcastically suggested that posting their reply would somehow fix my laptop. It’s been over two weeks with no action taken, and the laptop is still sitting useless on my desk. I regret purchasing this product and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Avoid this laptop and the supplier at all costs!

I am writing this review after a use of more than 35 days it is an extremely good product, I am totally satisfied with the product. It can run games like Valorant, Freefire at high graphics also can easily run 4k Videos without any issue of overheating, also has a good battery backup. Just the top of the laptop have little scratches , otherwise it a laptop worth buying at a low price
