CarLashes for New Beetle (1998-2011) BLACK Review: Very cute and sturdy! - I am restoring an older Beetle for my daughter and got these for her after a headlight upgrade. I was worried the tape wouldn't hold, but you have to give credit to 3M. They aren't budging. The eyelashes themselves are very sturdy. I had to add some minor cuts to have them curl around the headlight the way I wanted to, but that worked out great. You have to rethink car washes... but otherwise, these are pretty cute! 5/19/2024: They are coming off now. I have reattached one with 3M tape. Sigh. My daughter loves them, but they are a bit of a pain. It takes some work to remove the 3M adhesive from the paint as well. You've been warned. Review: Strong - Bought as a gift for a friend, she loved them! Stayed on great, even in aggressive weather like snowstorms. When she bought a new car she asked me for the link to order them again because they worked so well

They don’t stay on
These lashes are so adorable. I got so many compliments on them. I put them in my Volkswagen Beetle. Well on the highway when I got over 60 MPH they started coming off. I even bought a second pair and same problem.

Don’t buying
Purchased these in sept and end of November one won’t stay on glue isn’t strong enough ordering another pair but not these

eyelashes... what more can I say?
They are perfect for the car, however, I'm concerned that the sticky pads don't completely stick. I followed the directions correctly, yet only the back part of the sticky pad sticks to the area around the headlights. Did drive on the highway for 4 hours and they didn't fly off.
