Love the frou-frou feathers on this little pencil case / cosmetics bag! Gave this to my Hello Kitty-mad niece for her to keep makeup in, in her school bag (when I was a teenager we were absolutely forbidden to even wear mascara in school, unless you were a sixth-former! how things change!).The pouch is not overly large, but she doesn't wear a lot of makeup - just lipgloss, brow liner, liquid eyeliner, sometimes foundation.You can't see what's inside so you could easily put a sanitary product inside too and nobody would know.Good zipper, seems quite robust (maybe not the feathery material, though!) and is a perfect size for a teenager's school bag.

What a cute Hello Kitty pencil case! Obviously you can only really put pencils, pens, eraser and a sharpener in this oblong-shaped case, as it's not exactly roomy but perfect for a 15 year-old going back to school (she loves kawaii, anime and all things Japanese).No horrible plasticky smell, seems well made with a decent zip. Colourful and you can even see what's inside, as the design is partially clear.She loves it!

This fluffy pencil case is no exception and is stylized with the characters as vending machine ball toys. The fluff might show its age after some time but that is the price you maybe pay for this level of cuteness. Appears to be officially licensed product.

Lovely pink and fluffy pencil case. The zip works well and goes down far either side so the pencil case opens pretty wide, easy to see all your pens and what you’re looking for. Generous size so it can fit in lots of supplies. Great quality product.

We had some other 'Hello Kitty' merch and I did not recognise the character, but this 'Blue Sky Studios Hello Kitty Pencil Case' is just what I think of, but is better designed than I expected. Children like to have new kit for the start of the year and a pencil case if something they can use to show a little personality. As a pencil case, this 'Hello Kitty' version is ideal. It is cylinder shaped, has a strong zip along one side and is large enough to contain a lot of stuff.However, the design is more than just a cylinder pencil case, it is made to look like a lucky dip machine. The type of thing that you put a pound in to get a random character. The middle of the case is transparant and has lots of characters in cases that you can 'win'. It is really well designed and is super cute, such a clever idea. You can see loads of popular characters. The design lifts a great quality pencil case into something that is fun and kids will love.
