GIMILI Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer Waterfall Design

Faucet looks great and performs as promised. After two years of use the faucet developed a small leak at the water turn on/off. The warranty had expired but I reached out to the company for assistance on fixing the leak; the company responded very quickly seeking video of the leak, which I provided, and the next day they responded with a solution. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem. I have received better support from this company than I EVER received from the Big Box stores - Will absolutely do business with this company again and recommend their products to my friends and family (and all of you, as well). Sincerely could not be more pleased with the product, the product support, and my interactions with the company's customer service!

Buying things like this on Amazon are always a toss up but this item exactly as advertised. Great quality item, sensor works as it should. Waterfall feature is a plus. What I don’t like is the power spray. It simply just makes a mess. I saw some reviews saying it didn’t come out far enough but I don’t think that’s an issue at all. I am very pleased with it.

Okay, I'm not usually this excited about a faucet, but this one has completely blown me away. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen sink experience, you need to check this out. Forget everything you think you know about kitchen faucets – this is next level. First off, the versatility is insane. The dual-purpose wand is pure genius. Need a powerful spray to blast off stuck-on food? Check. Want a gentle waterfall to rinse delicate fruits and veggies? Just a simple twist and you've got it! This feature alone has cut down my prep time significantly. And it's not just for food! Filling my humidifier and coffee maker used to be a messy chore, but now? The downward stream from the wand makes it quick and spill-free. But wait, there's more! This faucet also boasts a high-pressure button that's like a magic eraser for my sink. Seriously, a quick press and even the most stubborn grime vanishes. Cleaning up after dinner has never been easier. Beyond the impressive functionality, the installation was surprisingly simple. Even a DIY novice like myself managed to get it installed without any headaches. The color-coded water pipes were a lifesaver – no more guessing games! And the cherry on top? The sensory functionality works flawlessly. A simple wave of the hand turns the water on and off, which is incredibly convenient when your hands are covered in dough or raw meat. Plus, the auto shutoff timer is a fantastic feature I didn't even know I needed. It gives me peace of mind knowing the water won't be running unnecessarily. Honestly, this kitchen faucet has transformed my kitchen experience. It's not just a faucet; it's a kitchen assistant! If you're looking for a high-quality, versatile, and easy-to-install faucet that will make your life easier, look no further. This one is a winner!

Looks great and was easy to install, but the touchless sensor failed three separate times within the first year. The manufacturer sent replacement parts, but each replacement eventually failed as well. After repeated troubleshooting and repairs, I had to bypass the touchless system just to keep the faucet usable. I appreciate the manufacturer's efforts, but three failures indicate a reliability problem, not a defective part. I would not buy this faucet again.

Beautiful upgrade

Pro's This is so door it's crazy. I just had an extension faucet before and this one is useful like I never thought of before. The no touch helps keep clean, it make high pressure when you may not have it. The rain wash for veggies and fruits is great. Con The neck doesn't come out as far as I would like but don't really care. GREAT BUY

Ease of installation was there. Light weight, great quality! looks fabulous. Great for the money!

My sink is 70 years old and the appliance holes are all smaller than today's standard. Once they were widen just slightly, the installation was pretty standard. I appreciate that the faucet is slightly higher than the one I replaced, however, the arm does not come out nearly as far and I feel like I have to lean over the sink to get to the spray. The waterfall is fabulous for rinsing off dishes without the water splashing back all over everything. The actual "sprayer" through... it's like a pressure washer. I cannot use it without turning the faucet almost completely off or the back splash is ridiculous. Mostly, I like this faucet, but it will take a while to get use to.
