Works well with home assistant
What I like is the strong connection to my home assistant. It shows lots of parameters as seen in my photo. It offers good battery life. It was easy setup and is great value for the money. No leakage after many months using ptfe tape. High quality and recommend.

Connection issues FIXED. At last!
Had real trouble trying to connect the zigbee bridge and water valve to network. I went into my wifi router settings, disabled 5ghz wifi, back to eWeLink app.Zigbee bridge connected and found the water valve itself, also linked to Alexa very easily.P.S. I then went back into my wifi router settings and enabled 5ghz. So now both 2.4ghz and 5ghz are active (as some devices in the home run on either 2.4 or 5). Valve works great! Brilliant product.

Neat unit, works but questionable connection at times.
Excellent valves, but not completely reliable.I've bought 4, attached to a multi tap for a variety of uses - one refills a bird bath, one turns on irrigation system, another waters the lawn, and the other does the front.Connected to Home Assistant, with daily automations.Id say 95% of the time it works flawlessly, however I've had two instances in the probably 2-3 months I've owned them where either a valve wouldn't turn on remotely without the batteries being pulled out/in, or worse would turn on as scheduled but not off, I had an hour of sprayers when I only wanted 15 minutes this morning and had to go outside at 5am in the morning to turn it off manually.I also have a friend who is using two, purchased after seeing my setup and he's using the stock application/hub to operate his setup and hed had 1 instance where his lawn was left spraying for about 12 hours and he couldn't connect to it without pulling the batteries out.I can't figure out why this happens, or why it doesn't reconnect - but I've now bought a 5th unit (since I'm 4 deep already) to use as a "Masterswitch" with Home Assistant to turn off the multi tap if the flow rate remains high for too long as a secondary safety.I'm hopeful a firmware update addresses this issue in the near future, then this would be a 5 star product, but with the risk flooding garden & water bills, I can't rate more than 3 stars and if it happens more frequently I'll drop further.

Fantastic product! Highly recommend.
I am very happy with the SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 Irrigation Timer. Although I don't use the eWeLink app, I have it connected to Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT, and it works great. The first thing I did, and would recommend everyone do, is update the firmware to 1.0.4. This update fixes known bugs, such as the timer auto turning off when not commanded to.The timer fits great, and they supply a grommet so that it fits most taps, which I needed. It uses the standard UK tap thread (3/4" BSP), which might be different from the US standard. Additionally, it records water throughput in cubic meters per hour (m³/h), which is very useful. The device is very responsive to commands. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient irrigation timer, this is the one to get!

Flaky
Erratic operation and intermittent WiFi connectivity. Spent a lot of time trying to get it to work reliably without success.

Nice build quality and works as intended!
So far these work great! They showed up quickly via MQTT on home assistant. People have mentioned the flow rate not showing up but after an update it showed up just fine. It's also been exposed to Alexa devices so I can start the garden sprinkler to work for a selected period of time. I'm also planning to use it to scare off certain wildlife from dipping in my pond when animals are detected from my CCTV! I'll update once that's up and running.

Works OK with zigbee2mqtt
I have managed to integrate the SWV with homeassistant vis zigbee2mqtt.However I have not managed to get the extra features such as the timer (volume or time) to work. (Might be z2m fault for that?)The normal operation of a valve that can be open and closed works from Homeassistant and from automations.I plan of using this for when a animal is detected in my garden by cctv, turn on the valve.Am yet to have a animal to come, but it responds quick enough (max 5sec).This is with firmware version 1.0.2Updated to 1.0.3 the flow sensor works now.The other features are still not working.

Brilliantly clever and simple to set up
Integrated with Home Assistant really simply and quickly, able to set up routines that monitor the weather and only turn sprinklers on (at a set time) when it’s been dry for a set period and there no rain forecast. All I need now is less conscience as I’ve I’ve turned it totally off as the North West is short of water!
