This is the best pre-workout ever. This stuff gives you the most intense workouts you’ll ever experience. The energy you get from this is a reliable hour and a half and then it SLOWLY dies down, NO CRASH. Very VERY high energy. Like you will geek out and probably twitch every now and then type energy. THE FOCUS YOU GET FROM THIS PRE IS SOMETHING ELSE. You will not think about anything but your workout, you’ll just sit there with a blank stare and just go crazy on some weights. The EUPHORIA you get is insane. I never had anything like this pre-workout. Still hits as hard as the first time I took it. Pair this with a pump powder and you’re good to go. A lot of these reviews talk about how they get itchy and nauseous and whatever. That is extremely common in almost all high stim pre-workouts, especially if you’re not used to it. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS YOUR FIRST PRE-WORKOUT, and maybe slowly build your tolerance with other brands like ryse.

Picked this up about a week ago. First day didnt really feel as much as i was expecting sadly. 2nd day it took like 1 hour for the feeling to kick it and steadily increased throughout workout. overall the increase in performance regardless of when it kicks in is a really good focused workout. I purchased the blue raspberry flavor it taste really good almost a hint of cotton candy taste kinda.

Finally, I’ve been searching and trying out pre workouts at a price that is not outrageous and is decent enough to give me a clear and strong pump. I was a bit hesitant at first but after reading the reviews I decided to give a shot to the blueberry flavor. To my surprise, it was amazing. Strong and sweet. Enough to get the extra reps, focus, a bit of tingles and easy comedown without the anxiety jittery feelings that make you bounce off the wall as. I think I have finally found my go to pre workout at least till my body builds a tolerance to it.

Dude. First off, I don't usually write reviews nor am I a professional body builder, so please be gentle. This stuff is absolutely amazing!!!!! I was taking C4 for a while and decided to change to this stuff. Nothing against C4, I just wanted to change it up a bit. So I gave this stuff a try when I found it on Amazon. First off: the taste. It's not bad at all. I got mixed berry first and tried it. It's good, goes down easy, no after taste. I wish they had a little more variety in their flavors, but what they have is super good. Second: the effect. Personally, I've never done crack before, but if I ever did, this is what I think it would feel like. It gives me a super rush with the perfect little itch/tingling feeling that lets me know it's working. After effects: so, I was doing some pretty kick ass workouts with this stuff, so I guess I burned it all off since I've never had trouble sleeping afterward or anything like that. However, my captain (I work on riverboats) took some and was up for like 3 shifts. I don't know his workout so I can't say whether he did enough to burn it off or not. So take that with caution. I'm on my second can of this stuff and I have every intention to keep using it. Great stuff!!!!!

My first time trying this, I did not really know what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the focus and pump. I had long lasting intense energy and my focus was outta this world. I would not recommend taking everyday, but instead saving it for when you feel like you need it. It does make you feel slightly nauseous, so I wouldn't take it on an empty stomach. Overall, great value for the price.

I don't know what or how to look at this pwo. If I take anymore than 1 scoop I can't lift and feel sick. There's absolutely no pump other than what I get naturally. Yet this stuff can absolutely be considered a fat burner. 2 scoops with no workout and you're good for about 4 hrs. I usually can take 2 scoops of anything, this stuff nope at least not 2 scoops and wrk out. Makes me feel like I'm gunna die. Cold sweats stomach irritated got the mudslides going on. But 1 scoop gets you there but no pump.

Manson is 1 of my favorite pre-workouts. Beta Alanine really tingles & this stuff really kicks in. Massive energy. But than most others that are twice the price.
