Sweet, Well made, EDC knife!.
This is a nice knife. Hits well above its price point!.The blade is well centered and the grind is perfect. This EDC is very sharp with a nicely tuned detent.I stropped my knife for a couple minuets and now its Wicked Scary Sharp!.The Richlite scales are very light , have a great feel and are pretty to look at.Richlite is "Paper Micarta". The Nice Guy has the frame/liner lock on one side only and the Richlite scale works as the frame on the show side. This knife produces no hot spots on the hand during extensive use.The hand feel and blade shape is stellar so don't sleep on this sweet little EDC pocket knife!.The CIVIVI milled titanium pocket clip(T001B) fits perfectly!.

EDC Perfection in a Compact Package
The media could not be loaded. The Kizer Nice Guy is a sleek, lightweight folder with a razor-sharp Nitro-V blade and grippy micarta scales. It’s compact, easy to carry, and the action is super smooth with a solid lockup.I added a paracord lanyard with a bead, which makes it easier to pull from my pocket and adds a nice bit of balance and personality.Great value for the quality — sharp, stylish, and ready for daily use. Highly recommended!

Lightweight skinner
When I first received this knife I was struck by it's skinner blade profile. The tip looked pointier in the pictures. The blade is fairly wide curving to a short stout point. This profile allows a full 90 degree wrist bend cutting motion. There is a seperate section of jimping on the spine near the tip to further control the tip.I got this one primarily due to the Richlite scales which are rare. They're nice, though a little slick. Like G10, richlite is a tough material.Opens easy with the flipper and action is smooth. Came plenty sharp. Overall i noticed how light this knife was. This would make a great backup skinning knife or for fine skinning work.

Great knife, barely any scale reinforcement
I bought the red Richlite with the NitroV blade. I enjoy this knife, the blade is incredibly sharp, has a great shape and the scales are ergonomic. My only issue with it is that there is not much metal lining beyond the pivot and lock to add rigidty to the handle. If you squeeze the scales they will flex in towards eachother which makes me question the integrity of the locking mechanism and the durability of the handle. This is partially why the knife is so lightweight. Looking back, I wish I had purchased the G10 version because I'd imagine the grip to be much less slippery and probably stiffer and a bit heavier as well (my preference). I do love the NitroV blade though. It is my first one and I can tell the quality is higher than D2 and the various CR mov's. From what I understand they can be made sharper as well. I just wish the knife was slightly shorter closed, its just a tad too long to fit in the 3rd pocket of my jeans.Despite my personal issues with the scales, the jimping in the knife is very strong and makes for a hearty 'snap' when the flipper is used to deploy the blade. Overall, I believe this to be a great knife and the 4 stars are for the slippery scales and lack of reinforcement.

Great small knife!
First, be aware this is a small knife. I know everyone can read the blade size in the specs, but be aware there is also a good sized choil, which is actually good. More on that later.Excellent flipper action with perfect detent. Thin blade with great grind for being super slicey. Feels very well made. This knife would be perfect for probably 95% of EDC tasks for most people, assuming light to medium use, which is probably 95% of us. Arrived shaving sharp.Has a decent sized choil. This cuts down on cutting length of thr blade, but really allows you to choke up. With my medium (or a little larger) hand, my thumb will easily reach the tip of the blade fully choked up. There are two gimping spots- one for standard grip and one for choked up.Great pocket clip retention. Sits very deep. Light weight and disappears in pocket. This will almost certainly become one of my go to knives in my EDC. Great price for the original at $39, but a steal on sale at $29!

Kizer Nice Guy: The Knife That’s "Made" for EDC
The Kizer Nice Guy might sound friendly, but don’t let the name fool you—this little 2.84” D2 steel blade is sharp enough to whack anything in its way. Whether you’re slicing open boxes, cutting rope, or just making sure nobody double-crosses you on a camping trip, this knife is ready for business. The G10 handle? Grippy, lightweight, and built like a trustworthy consigliere—comfortable in hand and ready to back you up when things get serious (or when you just need to open a snack). Now, let’s talk action—this flipper snaps open like a mob boss clicking his fingers for a favor. And the liner lock? Solid. No blade play, no funny business—just like a well-run operation. At compact and lightweight, it’s the perfect EDC for when you want to carry discreetly but still be ready for action.Final Verdict:The Kizer Nice Guy is small, sharp, and smooth—like a good under-the-table deal. 9/10—because even "Nice Guys" need a little muscle.
