Good cutter, poor service
I have had a USCutter MH series for around 10 years. It was a great machine. It started acting up on me so I decided to replace it with a newer models. Paid extra to get it quicker. When it arrived it had no instruction to assemble the stand. You don’t get a serial number to download software, you have to go to a website and register the cutter to get instructions, then another site to register and get software. That site was not allowing registration. After calling USCutter I found out the site was down and they didn’t know when it would be back. Told them I paid extra to get it quicker but now can’t use it and their help person basically said “so just wait”.Cutter works well. Had a loose screw rolling around in it that I hope was extra. Poor way to do instructions, would it be hard to include paper and a serial number for software?

No vinyl adhesive
Over all great machine, first time doing vinyl work. Make sure you order vinyl, says it comes with vinyl start kit but does not, or atleast mine didnt
